i love the flowers and trees

We bought some Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and it looks great in our rental property. Installation went well.

We purchased a great deal of flooring and after going to 3 other competitors, it was Home Depot that won us over. The selection is better than anywhere else. But the real reason that the experience was so awesome was our flooring specialist, Susan Potratz. There are not many people in the sales industry that are that kind and so helpful. She is the reason we will come back again and again. Thank you Susan, you are the best.

We bought a Kitchen Appliance package and received tremendous customer service and the employees went above and beyond to meet all of our needs! I would highly recommend checking out Home Depot If you are in the market for new appliances!

Nan noticed that we needed help finding merchandise. She had to retrieve the item in a spot very high up for our shower part. She also helped us find a vanity! She was extremely helpful and understanding!

They do not have any staffed checkouts. Everything is selfcheckout but they have employees standing around to make sure you don't miss anything in your cart.

If you can get Tresline to help you, you will have a 5 star experience! No joke. Strong, helpful, courteous, caring! She really made me feel special.

Don in plumbing was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees are very rude and do not listen to concerns. Home Depot should look into investing in customer service education for all their staff.

Kitchen project was initiated in May 2021. Supply chain was an issue I accepted. However, the kitchen designer, Julie, was very unprofessional and made errors with cabinets. Amanda helped me December 8, 2021 with oven/range & microwave purchases. I never saw them "in person"! I have learned many lessons with this experience; work with a contractor, not a franchise hardware store.

The store workers are very friendly and helpful. They will share their expertise and suggestions for projects, which I really appreciate. They all seem genuinely happy to be working where they work and show a lot of customer care. I'm currently renovating my first home and have appreciated Home Depot's service.

I tried shopping 2 other stores that ended up being closed. One closed @ 7PM and the other @ 8PM. I had no idea these other stores closed that early. I proceeded to Home Depot and was delighted to see they were still open until 9PM. They had amazing deals on cordless power tools, and a 2 pack of Milwaukee Tape Measures that are really nice.

Paint and estimates on flooring. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
