All the employees are friendly and glad to help out as much as they can. They always make sure that the customers are well taken care of and make sure that the customers find what they need to.

Every trip I have made into the store this week I have been greeted by employees that were very helpful navigate store. The store was very clean and the employees knew where things were which is helpful!

We got no help to find a cart or to load 16 boxes of flooring onto the cart. The young gentleman in the flooring department said he couldn’t help us because he had to get clocked out because he was on overtime.

Great experience with handyman Brandon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, helped superbly, and thanked when I was all done. It took all of 10 minutes to get everything ordered that I needed for a privacy fence project. Great employees and great store!

Best Home Depot in Nebraska. Their employees know that they are serving rural Nebraska and understand that many customers drive quite a ways to shop - the service, quality/quantity of product and friendliness is 110%!

The store is always neat and clean. You always have what we are looking for. We always have several workers come up and ask if they can help us. They either tell us where to find it or will go with us to help us find what we are looking for.

The store was very clean and neatly organized. The employees there really looked like they where glad to work and always asked if I needed something if I looked lost. They helped me find some things and even helped me check out efficiently.

Good store. Good people. Every time I buy those recycled milk carton or whatever planks and I spill them all over the parking lot like some idiot, there's always someone willing to come out and help me put them in the back of the company truck so I'm out there looking like an idiot for a lesser amount of time.

The Grand Island Home Depot has excellent customer service. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. We have always found the Grand Island store to have a large variety of products at reasonable pricing to help us get our projects done.

Marcedes was very very helpful and friendly. I live in Omaha, two hours away from this store. This store was the closest store with the mower I needed and Marcedes HAPPILY went out of her way to make double, triple sure that the mower was not only in stock, but pulled for pickup and even made it easier for my father in law to pick up for me. The world would be a better, more enjoyable place if every employee was like her. I'm serious. This is the perfect example of how one employee can impact a person's view of the entire store.

Very polite and helpful employees!

Always people there if I'm not too stubborn to figure it out myself. I can go in, look at things I have to talk myself out of buying and then buy it anyway. Always good promotions. Some standouts at this location. Elissa, both the ladies in the paint department, whose names I will catch the next time they help me. That one guy who is always wandering the middle aisle asking people if they need help, the one dude at the self-checkout, everybody really.

Hopefully not many people need to return items but if you do, you probably want to look for Maria or Marcedes. Not only will they brighten up your day but they will get you squared away to the point where you actually are glad your equipment malfunctioned so that you had the chance to meet them. They changed the trajectory of my whole weekend. Im still in a good mood because of them and that was two days ago.
