The Airstone was simple to install and looks beautiful. While the online ordering and home delivery was simple and fast, HD really should have it in stock and not have to order it.

This is my favorite store. It's clean. There's great people in there. I just love the store. The parking lot's a little crowded. But that means that they have good business. But the whole inside and people in bathrooms and everything is great.

Got a cashier with the attitude that the customer is always wrong. Argued with me that Home Depot no longer accepts Xcel rebates. Her coworker told her different. Argued with me that I could not use my military discount. Her coworker told her different.

As usual when shopping at a tool store i was lost as to where I'd find most of what i needed. They really saved me from being there for hours looking and looking

A lot of times I need to find something for my small wood projects and big or small, Home Depot treats you right.

I asked a store associate for help while in the trim isle, i was looking for baseboards. The employee said he would try to find someone to help. I waited in the isle for 10 minutes and no on ever came to help. I am recently knew to living alone and don't know much about completing home repairs. I really needed help picking out items.

Unless you’re speaking to a DM, then every employee will just pull out their phone and look it up, right after you tell them you just did that and even after showing them.

The plumbing and Electrical departments in this store have great technical knowledge employees who are a huge benefit to the DIYer.

Ive been shopping home depot here and In north Phoenix since they opened in Grand Junction its Our store for hardware.

4 differnt people all over the store and 45 min to get product loaded

I really like using Home Depot for our building materials. Their prices are competitive and I have gotten some good discounts at the ProDesk with big purchases.

Just try to call and reach a live person. Good luck as the phone service sucks.

Tool isles are to narrow for multiple customers or a single customer with a cart while store step ladder is stored there

My last visit to Home Depot was extremely pleasant, every associate I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Every time go in this store I feel like a ghost

I bought a piece of equipment with cash and utilized my military discount by entering my phone number. Well, I used this piece of equipment and it pretty much failed. I took it back but couldn't find my receipt but was told they could look up the transaction since I used my military discount. Well, that didn't work. Victor tried several times along with another cashier but no luck. So, they called in the big guns. Katie the head cashier came over, asked a few questions of me and within a few minutes found the transaction. I had my refund and my faith restored in this store. Katie went above and beyond!!! Thank you!

Great Customer Service!

Order shipped incomplete, who can't read a check list and see 22 bags of cement are missing? Two of nine fence post are not usable, expected to not get the best, but didn't think they would send me complete crap post. Best part, the can't refund and replace damaged products for four days, plus additional charges to CC to bring out replacements. Found out tonight they didn't know cement not delivered either, have to take off work to wait for delivery in four days. If you can't handle a small 1500 fence project delivery, why would I ever trust you for anything larger.
