Salesperson are always helpful

The whole self checkout thing needs to be fixed, I get that automation is coming, but make it work first please. It's ridiculous and I am pretty sure anyone at corporate has never had to shop in one.

Always friendly, helpful associates at this GP location! I have a HD by my house, but do not care for the lack of CS at that location, so I drive to the Carrier GP location for my HD needs.

This store is well stocked, not only do the employees help you find things most understand what you're trying to do and offer ideas to help. I was needing to plant a lot of flowers and the first guy I ran into took me to the different planting mediums the store offered, good job.

The credit card rules, you need to read thoroughly, and maybe if need help, go on weekday, I think good employees take off weekends

The store has alot of product and the cashier in garden is so sweet and helpful.

Never again will I order on line for store pick up at this location. I received the email stating my order was ready for pick up. Arrived at the store the next day and was told my order was returned to stock and was told to pull my own order.

I received wonderful customer service today from Diego. I don't go to home improvement stores often and was quite overwhelmed with the size of the place, but every employee I walked past, asked if I was okay or needed anything. Very pleased with visit!
