I needed help finding a part in the tool department today. The guy on duty helped me find it. Then I went to the electrical department, could not find what I was looking for, so I went back to the employee in the tool department and asked if he worked in the electrical department too. He said he would try and he did, but we couldn’t find what I was looking for so he found someone in that department to help me. They were both very helpful!!!

Worst store services ever

The service desk lady is rude, it takes me a hour to get to a Home Depot. I ordered some trex that they wouldn’t deliver so I went to pick it up and she was talking to a customer like he was her 3 year old she started to talk to me the same way I advised her to change her attitude or get out of retail. She started to cuss and quickly stopped! It took a manager 30 minutes to unlock a door so a fork lift could come outside to load me. This is not the first time I have had issues at this store. Go to a different one if you can!

Made a lumber purchase for the purpose of home construction. Jocelynn at the pro desk was really helpful and she made sure we were taken good care of!

I went online to see if my Greenville Tx Home Depot had the O'Cedar bucket and plant hangers in stock. I can always find the aisle so I don't run all over the store. They had plenty buckets and could not find any planters.

John Tzic is everything that makes this store great. Willing to provide great customer service in store and not telling customers you can do it online. So many stores are automating their processes, whether it be check out or online-buying, but there’s something great about experienced associates providing great customer service!

I so appreciate the kindness and help I received from Jen. It means so much to me now that I am alone and getting older. She didn't have to be as pleasant and do all she did for me.

If you are in the Greenville Home Dept, make sure and find Nick! Super helpful and knows his stuff. Thanks Nick for helping us today, we will be back!

I have no complaints about customer service, product availability, accessibility, etc. I've been totally satisfied with the service!

Nick went above and beyond. We were under a hard deadline and needed materials pulled and under a 2 hour window. Nick took our order over the phone and had the order waiting for us. He was very courteous and helpful.

Spent two hours waiting for a fork lift operator to retrieve my purchase. All the front line associates were great, but the poor driver was run ragged because he was the only aisle lift operator in the store. Lost half a day of work on a home project.

Had to buy 1000ft of network cable & the staff were very helpful. Friendly staff from the garden department to customer service.

Bought on 9/17/23 and delivered on 9/22/23 and very satisfiled with my purchase.

I myself travel another 30-45 mins just to go to this store because the one closest to me is a joke and gives Home Depot a bad name the Greenville store definitely makes up for it, anyone I know needing to go to Home Depot I all but beg them to go here instead of the one closer, will make your Home Depot experience will be much better going to the right store and this is the one.

Finally got around to return a xmas tree purchased in Dec 2022, in Sep of 2023. Was worried that I would need to return to the manufacturer, but with my receipt, Home Depot honored it's 365 day return policy and gave me a full refund and returned the credit to my Home Depot CC. AWESOME!

The employees are so helpful, friendly and professional. Such a great shopping experience. Elva in cabinets is so great.

I ordered a part for my ring doorbell!

I recently had to return a weed eater that malfunctioned. The lady at Customer Service (Haley) was extremely helpful and quickly replace the unit. The next day I returned with questions about the new weed eater, and the manager (Jansen) was also very helpful and reinforced my view that Home Depot people really do care about the customer! Great job!

Almost every one at this store greets you and makes you feel at home.

Having a construction company that covers the DFW metroplex makes visits to Home Depot a daily occurrence for our company. Our in house rule is that all of our crews must purchase their items at the Greenville Location prior to heading out for the day. Reasons: employee knowledge of products, availability of the products we need and use on the daily, a pro desk that is equipped to handle our orders efficiently and effectively every time. And mostly the management team: Patrick, Jeannie, Daniel, Cynthia, Shanna and every other one! They go out of their way to make sure that every single time that I am in there it was worth it. The Greenville Management team has by far the strongest presence of any that we visit in the Metroplex. They are on the floor interacting and assisting customers and employees continuously letting you know that your choice to shop at Greenville Home Depot is more than appreciated.

Returned an item and picked up a shipped item. Haley was great!
