Hadn't tried the curbside pick up before and it was great.

Store and it's employees were amazing and a great experience. Only issues with them is the contractor they use. Doesn't want to listen to the customer needs and tries to run up the bill of a project. Really need to get a new one and someone willing to do the job no matter how big or small and not try to take advantage of the consumer. But the store employees and store are wonderful.

Checkout Lady at construction register friendly and quick. Justin (the loading Guy) help me load and has a good attitude.

The store was very clean and it had a lot of variety to choose from. The associates I came across was very friendly and ready to help me find what I was looking for. It is even pet friendly I saw some people with their dogs. I would recommend anyone I know family and friends to visit the Greer store and you will see just what I am talking about for yourself. I thought I was going to have to deal with a lot of people because I needed more than one item in different departments, but this one associate helped me with everything and she had a smile on her face the whole time. Very friendly associates and nice and clean store that has just about everything you need for your home.

This is one of the best stores I’ve been in. People are great and extremely friendly- Your garden area is neat and clean- I love the fact your hire people who are retired!

I live in another town and visited the Greer store and found the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would say that it's the first Home Depot I have ever been in that I didn't look for help. They came to me. When I make my decision to purchase my appliances I might go back to the Greer Store. I would recommend that store to anyone.

Good/great parking. Easy store to shop in. Associates are always friendly and helpful, even to the point of walking me to the described area to find my item.

I like this store because it is always clean and they usually have what I need in stock not like the store across the street the cashier is always nice

My Home Depot Store is easy to get in and out of due to the knowledgeable staff, self-checkout option and convenient location!

I do like this Home Depot but the bald Tool Guy with glasses is terrible. I have asked his help more than once and he has not helped at all. Today was no different. He has no care for the customers. He should not be in customer service.

Tammy at the pro desk in Greer likes to sit at the desk and discuss her personal life with other contractors while having people wait in line. If there wasn't a chair there, she might actually get something done. I stood in front of her for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me and when she did, she told me I needed to go to the service desk. What is the pro desk even there for if I have to go to the service desk to get checked out. She did not recognize me as a pro shopper on 2 different occasions. I recomend the Simpsonville store for pro customers. They really know how to take care of them and make their needs top priority.

Kathy in customer service today did an extremely good job in taking care of my needs with a trailer rental. Even though I was not a nice to her one time in the past she's still was thoughtful/professional enough to walk to outdoor gardening to get me a water. Awesome job!
