I have encountered Ray at the Guam Tamuning Home Depot Paint Dept. a few times and each time he has always given the extended exemplary manner. Not like his coworker Becky, she was rude and totally out of line. One visit I went to get more paint of the same color and I showed her a picture of the paint information from the previous mix. She wrote it on a piece of paper and I walked away to continue my shopping. When I went back to get the gallon, the paint was wrong, Ray asked who took my information and I pointed to Becky. She immediately said with a high tone voice “I didn’t do that, that wasn’t me and walked away. Ray stood there without words and Becky came back and accused me of giving the wrong number. I told her you saw the pic of from my cellphone and wrote the number down. What did you write. She continued to raise her voice saying “no I didn’t “. She eventually re did my order with no apology but with a sour face! I was so upset I waited a day later to report her to a store manager. I would not trust her work if I had to encounter her again!

Every time I go into Home Depot, I am always enthusiastically greeted by the employees. When I am looking for a certain item and I ask for help, not only do the employees know what aisle the item is in, but they usually follow me to help me locate the item. I am always left with a "Thank you visiting" and "Stay safe". My experience is always a great one! Thank you Home Depot employees in Guam! #SatisfiedCustomer

HD is removing items eligible for the military discount. Just do away with the discount and be transparent that your word and commitment is gone.

Happy to see an abundance of patio furniture but I'm still looking for seat cushions in the 16" to 18" size. All you carry are the 20" and 21" cushions.

Looking for a certain size of item, check Hope Depot. They have all the sizes of items you need.

It has a lot of good inventory even during this pandemic.

Without leaving home, the store's Internet site shows what is available in our local store, and exactly where to find it in this huge, well stocked enterprise.

I can never walk out of Home Depot with just the item I went there for, especially when my Husband is with me. Most of the time he finds what he needs and then, those items that he didn't think about until he goes through each aisle...LOL!

HD would not honor its own policy to give vets a %10 discount.

I bought a gas grill today

We visit Home Depot for one thing or another and we expect some kind of friendly customer service especially when you reach the cashier since they are the last person you see before leaving the store but my visit today was nothing like that. My cashier did not greet or thank me or even informed me of my total. Total disregard and rude.

Bought paint gloss and brush set

I just bought a Samsung washer last week 11/22/21, and It was delivered today when I opened it I was already happy just seeing the item and when I test it it was great easy to understand and so cool to use.

Friendly customer service, willing to ensure they’ve done all they can to help you find the item and provide assistance to ensure your getting the right items for your project too.

To continue, when the associate located by the self service area told me he didn’t get help for the 2 times I requested for assistance with the 3 big purchases to my vehicle up until I completely paid first . He then went on saying he asked for help for me (mind you this is the 3rd time I asked for help) but everyone is busy so I had to wait 15 mins or more after I continued for clarification of the wait time. Finally I asked to tlak to the manager and he asked me why? I gladly explained to him that he was being rude and not being helpful to me and he kept trying to almost argue with me and make his point across but I then demanded to speak to the manager and he said (as he was pointing to a room near the register) he’s there. He didn’t even try to call for the manager or inform him or clarify wirh me who it The manager was. So I told him “ok I guess I’ll go in the room and ask who the manager is since you don’t want to politely tell me. At that point I was livid both employees in that room assisted me. I did notice even when that specific employee has his superiors around he was still being argumentative and unpleasant. Eventually the manager himself assisted me and helped me bring my purchases into my car . He was very apologetic and he gave me his work Wishes for having a better rest of my night. I appreciated it and told the manager I’m not trying to cause any issues and I don’t want that employee to get in trouble but I jsut couldn’t help My frustration on how that employee was extremely rude and had no customer service etiquette or knowledge. Kudos to all the employees that were on the floor assisting me from the grass cutter area , to the heavy duty tools , etc.

Just Purchased today 11-11-21 and will utilize both tools for work.

Staff very helpful and friendly when I was buying my Ryobi lawn mower. It was the last one left and they ensured it was suitable for my needs.

Still no remedy or response regarding an incident with the manager on duty, Mr. Noid. Mr. Noid stated the wanted to beat me up after his work because he states that I was cussing at his employee, Norma who refused to check my items out for purchases. Mr. Noid lacks the manager skills.
