This store always has everything I need. The store is always clean and neat. All of your associates are always friendly and never overbearing.

We shop this store frequently. I have honestly never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help even if you are not looking for items in their department. This store is truly the happy medium between a home town store with personalized help and a national chain with extensive stock and variety.

Quite frankly, some of the best customer service that we've ever experienced!

The people at the store really deserve so much recognition! They were open right after the hurricane to help people rebuild the community. Everyone was very friendly, the store was clean, and stocked as much as it possibly could be considering the situation. The associates worked together quick and efficiently to get us what we needed loaded up to our truck. The last few days going in and out of the store has made me a loyal customer to Home Depot. Thank you for all of your hard work! You are appreciated!

The store was clean and very busy. Customer service helped me with a return and were very professional. We went over to paint to see if I could find a paint I liked for the interior of my new home and met Shelter Bob. Shelter Bob was amazing, he was able to match the example I had and to explain the difference of the finish of each kind of paint. He was awesome not only with us, but with every customer that he encountered. I walked right back to the service desk and opened a Home Depot credit card. I will be buying all my home improvement items right here.

As a Private Real Estate Investor (Owning rental houses and apartment complex) who specializes in construction trades (Plumbing, HVAC and general construction), I shop at HmDep almost daily. Sometimes twice the same day. It is extremely rare that I not find a product I need and can quickly find it and check out. Rekeying locks is common in my business and having someone available to do that is very convenient. Finding help is much better that other major home improvement centers.

Clean, well-stocked, courteous & very helpful employees. Have always found they go out of their way to offer assistance & answer questions.

There are three areas in the store with trowels, sanding items and tools for sanding. Trowels are in the construction area in the masonry section. Sand paper in the paint area and sanding heads for drywall in the front construction staging area adjacent the masonry items on the front wall. None of which are in the tools section. Where would you find a head for a drywall sanding pole? In the construction staging area. It’s a separate section you don’t see going up and down the isles looking for most items. It’s on the front wall. If it is necessary to have it where it is, which I doubt, at least a sign should be in the other tool, masonry and paint sections letting people know there are more items in the other sections.

Home Depot.....The toy store for adults!...always has just what I'm needing and always giving me more things to make the wife smile.

Ms. Felicia helped us with a fridge purchase and she was very knowledgeable and patient. Please thank her and Ms. Gabby as well for being so kind.

There was a young girl at the front giving directions. We went in and came back to her for assistance with item location. She was on the phone with another store associate (on speakerphone). Both were using foul language and she never even assisted us. We had to look elsewhere for help. When I did get someone, he didn't even show me the product I was looking for, he just pointed in the direction I should look. It took us over an hour to get everything we needed with the little help we needed. The service today was completely unsatisfactory, especially considering how much money we spend with this company.

Love the store and friendly employees. The only thing that makes me think twice about going there is the traffic leaving out.

We have recently started to shop @ the Gulfport Home Depot for a variety of reasons. First, and probably most important, would be the friendliness of the employees. Everyone greets you (us) with a smile. Employees are also knowledgeable and appear happy to help in any way that they can. The store is clean and appears to be well-stocked. Al least, they have always had everything we have been looking for.

We love our local Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and most all items are in stock when we need them! Huge plus. Charlene is a true gem in this store, always helpful and service with a smile.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT IN GULFPORT AND GOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND TOOK CARE OF MY PURCHASE . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE TO VISIT.

The customer service people are the best. Always patient, always helpful. The Queen of the Store is the "Paint Lady" -- she is awesome and ALWAYS helpful. I can;t remember her name but she is great!
