We needed a new hot water heater and the contractor contacted us before we got to our car after providing the information to an employee of our need.

I was shopping for a fridge and Ron was wonderful. He was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much Ron, he is what made my experience here so great. Make sure to request him if you’re shopping for kitchen appliances!

I went today to look for ideas on a project on which I am working. Although they did not have what I was looking, John in the door and window department was very helpful in telling me to look for the items and giving me suggestions. All the employees at the Hagerstown MD store are very friendly and courteous.

Tracy, Tina, Nick, and Greg are our heros. They went above and beyond to help us get everything ordered and done correctly.

I purchased the 1/2 chain driven garage door opener. After installing it I found it would not work. The door opener, nor the remote would activate the door. Went through all the troubleshooting steps. Bad circuit board. Reaching out to company for warranty replacement

Bought a strimmer but found upon opening it that the manual had a post-it note stuck to it with a local phone number and address and taht the control rod was bent and therefore could not be assembled. As it had a local phone number and address in the box it was clearly returned to HD and put back out for sales with all the other "new" boxes and not an error on the part of the vendor. Returning for a full refund, will not bother with a store that does this. Additionally they get to waste my time and effort for returning this and I am sure won't compensate me for that. I pay for their negligence.

Customer service went above and beyond to assist. Service with a smile is still available. Haven't seen this in years!

Had an awesome experience in the lumber department. An associate named Troy helped me select and cut the lumber to precision for me to use on my home bunkie board DIY. They came out perfect. Truly an asset to Home Depot!

I bought a stove and a refrigerator and shipped prices at other stores, BEST prices found her for same products. Staff friendly and delivery smooth.

I bought this tool chest from a very helpful and friendly salesman name ken today i think the product is great.

This store always has what I am looking for. I have never been disappointed shopping in this store. The staff are always eager to help you when you have a question or need help to locate an item.

I visited this Home Depot 3x in one day because I am in transition moving to this area. The customer service from JAA at the Service Desk was outstanding, helping me navigate a Rug Doctor machine, as well as another friendly Service Desk gal who made it a point to thank many of us waiting for being patient as they helped other customers, to various sales people on the floor in different depts., directing me to a variety of products, to Katelyn and Jaron and a flawless checkout. Customer service is a lost art but apparently the employees at this Hagerstown Home Depot, get it. Clean store, products in-stock, great customer service. I’ll be back.

If you'd like to go to a store and have an employee not listen to what you need but tell you what he wants to do this is the place to go. I was looking to spend several hundred dollars in this store but this guy did not want to listen to what I had to say he just had it in his mind to do something and that's what he wanted to do.

Store is always well organized, stock is sufficient, check out is never a hassle, plants are well taken care of.
