This store needs an attitude overhaul.

We're all doing our best during this difficult time. I am sorry the employees are not happy working there and complainig that Home Depot corporate is not supporting them. I'll choose to believe the manager the employees are very unhappy working there. But I'd have a lot more sympathy if I didn't have so many friends fired and furloughed because of C19. If you're not happy step aside and give someone else a chance at a job. And stop venting to the customers.

This Home Depot is always sufficiently stocked, associates are helpful, and check-out is efficient.

I found everything I was looking for. Length of time to get in due to the covid-19 was fine. Yes this is the Homedepot I will always go to.Friendly polite staff

Clean organized well staffed store

Would not recommend going to this store while the Virus is still active. Self Checkout. Have 2 associates standing by talking to each other but not helping with checkout. We are forced to use the gun to scan the item that everyone else has used. No sanitizers available. Totally unsanitary at a time like this.... I'm not a Hipo but this is ridiculous......

The manager would not honor the price that was online at home depot website with the same materials that was available in the store

I was in the Robbinsville store today to purchase a microwave. I was about to leave, unsatisfied and without ordering the microwave, and on my way out stopped to mention my experience with staff Tommy O. Tommy went out of his way to help me out. His quick and creative thinking saved me hours of time traveling to other stores and making lots of phone calls. He truly saved my day. He deserves a big kudos.

Clean store & displays. Very helpful employees. Brittany was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgable in flooring department!

The store was clean, and the assistance in appliances were good, the cashier at the self check out was excellent helped me out avoiding anxiety.

The removal of cashiers has made visiting The Home Depot stores for anything more then a few small items unbearable.

I love this store. All the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Items are easy to find and displayed neatly. Today I was helped by Keri at the customner service desk. Such a pleasant employee. She went above and beyond to make sure the items I was returning were truly not from this store. She didn't make me feel bad or awkward either, which I greatly appreciated.

Customer service by one particular older female employee is poor. Retrain your staff, maybe have better customer interaction training. Cashiers are the face of your business where every customer gets their final Experience from Home Depot. While customers may not have interaction with a specific department person, they surely will be seeing a cashier to close out their purchase. I would think these employees would be the most highly trained to close out a transaction properly with “smiles and thank you” not angry snares and crude remarks.

i WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNTIL THE SELF CHECK OUT LINES ARE CHANGED TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO USE WHATEVER PAYMENT METHOD HE/SHE CHOOSES.

Cashier Kerry was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She was all smiles.

I have lived in this area since this store opened. It has always been clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of pleasant, professional and experienced help. I can't think of a time that I was disappointed in the service I received.

great store to shop except major appliance.TERRIBLE service,really don't care about the customer.

There were no human cashiers on duty. Only the self checkout registers were open. I come to this store to shop not be an employee and run a register. They are forcing us to work for them and not be compensated. It is time that we push back on all of these companies that replace humans with robots. They are forcing us to work for them by making us cashiers and not compensating us for work preformed for their companies.they are making us pay them with our time and labor. Boycott these self checkout registers and get your fellow humans a job.

The folks that work at store are always very thoughtful ,have spent little under $10,000.00 over the years at this store,for good reason.

Don’t rely on their web page foe accurate inventory or their employees to be truthful. Contacting the manager on duty for satisfaction is impossible regardless of what the paperwork says.
