Was very good to cut my grass

We only brought pictures that my husband took on his phone and we found Brian k, my husband just started showing him pictures and he found every fitting , pvc pipe glue that we would need to get the job done. You need more people like Brian he went above and beyond for us and with a smile!!!

Place is an absolute dump with piles of merchandise everywhere. No one ever helps, like most home depots, and service is just terrible.

I go to this store as it is on my way to work, convenient, has mor choices, clean, friendly, safe.

I was trying to purchase a Ryobi product that was a promotional offer with a tool included. They didn't have the tool in stock. I went to purchase it on the app while in store and it kept giving an error message. The store manager Juan came and assisted with me getting my products that day. He was very polite and apologetic about the situation. He made things happen that I didn't believe would on this day.

Everyone work together and getting me the materials I needed to complete my gardening project I have a kitchen project and a mommy room project that I'm looking forward to going to home Depot to begin that project

Had some opportunities with hospitality in the past but today had the opportunity to come across one of your team members named Michelle. She was very informative, helpful and patient. Promote her so she can lead others to do the same. Definitely helps with the perception of a business when the right people represent well and actually puts the customer first.

Home Depot Harriman NY is a great store. It is well-stocked, product is where it should be, and staff is super friendly. Ms. Joanne at the self checkout area is a true gem and a great asset to the Home Depot family.

friendly employees and clean store

I needed help on what to buy for cleaning outdoor items at my home that were in a lake for the season. I didn't want to ruin the items and wasn't sure what to buy that would be effective. Dan in the Garden area at the Harran/Monroe, NY location went above and beyond to help me and the products worked great!

This home depot is good overall, but it needs more training on costumer service,I been to different Home Depot on the country and abroad and this Home Depot is a little behind on costumer service, I went to Home Depot in puerto rico and the costumer service is excellent.
