Very helpful and friendly

The parking lot is not convenient for parking. Would be better if they were at a 45 degree angle. Trucks with trailers are a problem when trying to back out also.

Larry was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful without being patronizing in the least. The young lady at customer service was also phenomenal!

Waited 15+ minutes for someone to get me 2 rolls of pine straw. Cashier called for them twice but no one responded. Gave up and went and asked for a refund.

Every time I shop here the people are eager to help. I don't even have to ask most of the time. They carry me where I need to go and help me find what I am looking for. That is great customer service, I place this store in the same category as Chick fil a. When it comes to service and manners.

I was looking for supplies for a painting project and received very friendly, helpful and knowledge service from staff, especially Mark and Zach. Will be going back soon for more painting supplies and look forward to my upocming visit.

I went to get some premixed fuel for my blower and was shown where to find it. As I was checking out I asked the cashier if they had any pre-lit garland & she said Yes and took me to where it was located. Cashiers & staff are so friendly & helpful with a smile on their faces as they greet you when you enter the store.

Zach Mattox is always willing to help my parents or myself in the store. he’s always checking in on the family and always smiling when you walk in the door. He loves his Job and he loves to make people happy. Always a pleasure to come into the hartwell home depot to see Zach.

Mr. Billy went out of his way to help me find my items needed for the job I am completing. Billy went as far to look under the racks for strait-flex perfect 90, (on line stated had 11 in stock) none on the shelf. So I could complete my job on time. Thank you Mr. Billy for always going out of your way to help a clueless shopper.

We purchased new kitchen appliances, and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped to make the process an easy one. We also observed other employees providing the same great service to other customers throughout the store.

Not every time, but often employees rather stand around and talk with each other and their own personal business than help a customer. Cash register people can be a hit or miss. Experienced very friendly people and rude ones who should've stayed home. Yes, most big box stores can have these types of employees, but this is consistent behaviour.

It is a breath of fresh air when people like Bobby Bowden, a customer order specialist , understands and exemplifies the meaning of "customer service" . I don't know if he intended to make himself essential or indispensable in the department of "order specialist", especially in kitchen design, but no one seems to know how to do his job when he's not there. He recognized my frustration on the first attempt to return excess materials on a kitchen design project and ensured that the second attempt was a painless and professional experience; so I "THANK YOU" Bobby Bowden. I bought an electric heater. It works great. The remote was very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The salesperson assisted me with finding the proper light bulbs for my ceiling fan and then expedited the checkout so I could be on my way to run more errands. Fast and friendly service is always appreciated. Thank you!

From the moment I entered the Hartwell store today I felt valued by the employees warm greeting and answering of my question. Once I was in the area of what I was looking for, I found a warm and knowledgeable cashier who directed me to exactly what I had wanted! I found a good variety to choose from and was thrilled, as I had looked several places including my local Mom and Pop hardware Store first. Today was a great experience and I was so happy to complete my gardening project as I had hoped. This was not my first visit to thus store and I can tell you I have always been impressed by the attitudes and knowledge of the employees even when I was along with a friend who was in search of a fairly specific plumbing fitting, the help and item was found .

I always have great customer service in the store. It is always neat and clean and almost always well stocked. Someone always stops to ask me if I am finding everything I’m looking for. This is the only place I shop for building and home needs.

Bought some flowers today and have always had good results.
