Every time I come to this home Depot, I always have a good experience with the workers, they are always friendly and know exactly where to point me for what I need, I wish the other places could be like this including fast food and really anything that involves customer service

Only gave a low rating due to CORPORATE policy on military discount. Store itself is great! CORPORATE CAUSED LOW RATING!!

Just a message to someone applying for a Home Depot credit card. If you make a lot of money do not be honest and list it. They won’t believe you and will turn you down. Just list average income. A doctor who made $700,000 a year was turned down for being honest just as I was. Lie and say you do not make much and you get approved. Makes little sense to me.

I received excellent customer service from Mr. Tracey last week. He helped me find the product I was looking for, answered all my questions & guided me to another product I was searching for. Mr. Tracey was professional, friendly & seemed to enjoy assisting me! I had a nice check out experience with Victoria. She asked how I was doing, made my transaction smooth & made me feel like a valued customer.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the treated lumber and the ability to pick the boards I preferred.

Home Depot keeps in touch with you about upcoming deliveries by phone and email. the pandemic has presented problems beyond their control. So important that they keep in touch with the customer.

Victoria was my cashier and she was awesome! She asked me if I found everything I needed and thanked me for my business.

My husband and I came in looking for vinyl flooring, too our surprise this store had the flooring in stock and we were able to bring it home today, this was important to us, since we live 1 hour & 15 minutes away. Thanks Home Depot.

My husband and I were in Home Depot to purchase a window air conditioner. We were not able to locate the one we were wanting but "DENISE" went over and above her duties and located one that was being unloaded from a truck in the back. She called the back and asked if they would put one to the side for her to pick up and then she took a cart to the back and got the air conditioner for us. Great customer service!
