The store is well laid out with each specific department well marked and easy to navigate, store personnel are very well informed of the products and the whereabouts to be found, all were friendly and polite as well as having a pleasant smile on their faces. A pleasure to shop there and to find just about any of your needs in one place. Great!

They were rude and wouldn't match prices like they say they do

I have gotten some very good advice on completing projects from the associates at the Hermitage, PA Home Depot. They have been a Great Help for a first time home owner.

Have been a customer of the Hermitage, PA (Store #4130) since it opened. Employees are always courteous, happy and just great people. Highly recommend shopping here to my friends.

This is a great store and the help is great...

You purchase a Refrigerator on 10/28/19 its delivered on 11/5/19 with extensive damage and they can not replace it until 11/27/19. Can they or whom it may concern, live without a refrigerator for that period of time????? Also the Female Manager could of cared less. Very poor customer Service.

Clean and neat, well stocked. Staff is very friendly. If they can't help, they do their best to find someone who can. I will always go to this Home Depot first before I go somewhere else.

Excellent products and service.

I had a project but needed help figuring out how much lumber was needed. A customer service rep helped me with this and I was able to use a Load and Go truck to get the order to my house

They had everything thing I needed at reasonable prices, plus a paint rebate that was unexpected.

The paint department is well staffed and very helpful ..... no long waiting and Behr stain is top of the line for outdoor wood.

I had a good shopping experience in this store find parts that I need.

Every time I have visited the store I have been greeted promptly upon entry. At one time I asked a store employee for assistance -he was in another department But came to help me a mediately. I don’t remember his name, but he was very helpful, practice great safety measures as he was retrieving a freezer for me from a high shelf, and made me feel like I was a welcome guest of Home Depot. I highly recommend the store as there is another home improvement store in our area but Home Depot is the best!

Tom in plumbing and Larry in flooring are awesome and knowledgeable. Helped us through our planning and purchase for our bathroom remodel. Great store and best pricing for our project.

Employees are very rude. The self checkout is very confusing. They all look the same, but apparently not all of them are self checkouts and this is not clear.

Come here for your building and Home repair needs. Very Helpful Staff and friendly also.
