Well stocked and organized.

Purchased a washer & dryer set. Bill T. the manager is very knowledgeable and patient. He's a great asset to Home Depot!

Store salesman was not friendly or helpful and was not wearing a mask during the Covid pandemic. Delivery of refrigerator was terrible; scheduled for 10:30 to 2:30 with a half hour call ahead, first call to me at 3:15 to say that it would be another two hours.

I needed a dozen bags of mulch but was not able to lift them into my truck. Asked for assistance and Rick came over to do the loading. Very much appreciated. I have come to expect this excellent service from this Home Depot.

We get good advice from department staff. When problems or confusion occur, customer service staff and management have been great in resolving problems! They are knowledgeable and pleasant and will work with you to find solutions!

Great store, great service

We went to competitor a short distance away. We got little and very slow help. Peggy at HD was spot on and made every effort to help us find a dishwasher that worked for us. We spent more money, but I feel we made an appropriate choice.

I have lived in many places and this home depot location by far has the worst service. Employees in the front end in particular are always rude and treat customers in a demeaning and disrespectful way. I recently needed to return an item and when I arrived one customer was ahead of me. The store employee was on the phone, and on hold as she wasn’t speaking. I stood there for 25 mins and was never once looked at or acknowledged. She could have easily assisted me while just standing there doing nothing. When my turn finally arrived, the employee stuck her arm out and opened her hand for my receipt. No words were spoken to me. She processed the return and handed the receipt back to me as well as a dirty look and said nothing. I would expect treatment like that in a prison, not a Home Depot store. There are significant employee training opportunities at this location. This is but one of several terrible experiences I had at this location. I will avoid it as much as possible going forward.

Rude, arrogant employees that would not listen to my needs. Very crowded and circus like parking lot. Parking was terrible. Will not use this store again.

Marsh was great she is very knowledgeable and helpful I went to this store seeking help with a flooring project and was immediately engaged by this associate she stayed with me for every minute of my decision making I was going to have the work done somewhere else but thanks to Marah Home Depot has my business

I went to purchase a refrigerator refrigerator was. Was clean and lineup on the end caps neat and in order so my wife could look at them. And the salesman was right there. To assist us I took it to that was. Good customer service. And first impression

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOLER GA STORE IS MUCH MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

I stopped to look at a riding lawn mover and noticed the great price so I went in and talked to Dennis at the service desk. I asked him about credit and he said we could look at it right now. It was easy to get quick approval and he processed the purchase very professionally. I needed a way to get it home so we talked to Shanae in rentals and she set me up with a truck with no problems. Alex helped loading and making sure everything went smoothly on my way. What GREAT TEAM WORK, IMPRESSIVE!

I was offered assistance by Jim in the flooring department that made me feel valued as a customer and Keenan at check out who understood on a high level the value of an excellent customer service experience.

I've been shopping Home Depot over the years. My experience shopping there has always been a pleasant experience. I've never encountered a problem, just the opposite, employees going out of there way to help.

It's a great store with friendly staff & almost always has anything I'm looking for!

Service here has been above the other big-box home improvement places. Gina in customer service, and Alex with Christmas tree assistance have been great.
