As I was checking out, the cashier Jayce Lynn, was 100% the kindest cashier I've ever experienced in my life, anywhere. Her patience with me was everything I needed as I'm going through a tough time. Her kindness and positive attitude made coming back here something I want to do. You guys are lucky to have her!

Just came home from HD. Everyone was so nice and correctly directed me to what i was looking for. Lisa at the Holiday location was extremely nice!! I had a few questions about the Hurricane Tax, she was great in answering all my question....very knowledgable. Thank you.

Great experience at Home Depot. The Customer Service is excellent. The staff are always over the top helpful and attentive. I didn't even have to ask for help, but when I did I got the answers I needed. The inventory is awesome. I can always get what I need at Home Depot. Thank you!

Very nice and clean store I would recommend this store to anyone who needed to build or replace something! The associates are super-nice and best there is in town!

The people who work there are very customer oriented and work hard to ensure your satisfaction. I will go out of my way to shop at the Holiday location because of their friendly staff including the Manager, Sam. If one person cannot address your question, they will locate someone in the store who can. If they do not have a particular item, they will let you know what other store might have it...very helpful! They are always able to answer questions about the products they stock and are willing to help show you how to tackle your home improvement problems.

This store has lots of clearly marked stock, great prices and employees who really want to help! I always find what I need and then some! :)

Generally like this location but today’s experience was not good. Personnel in appliances rude, disrespectful and gave stock answers. Not concerned with a sale.

I ordered a carpet installion. The surveyor came over, took my measurements, and told me this would be an easy installation. They also told me I'd have to pay $700 more to have my vinyl floor removed from the areas being carpeted. The contractors came over to remove the vinyl flooring. It was at that point, 3 weeks after paying and 1 week before Christmas, that the floor removers told me they could not remove the vinyl floor in the manner that I requested. They could only remove everything. I did not want my vinyl floor removed from my kitchen or dining room. I called the managers at my local Home Depot and they told me "If you complete the job yourself, we can still install the carpet". I do not have the tools necessary to cut, remove and dispose of vinyl flooring. That's why I paid Home Depot to complete this task. Very unprofessional. Now I won't be able to have the Christmas Present (i.e. The Carpeting) ready until next year. Home Depot should not agree to, and take money for, jobs that can't complete.

Store management must be good as we note that the Holiday store staff seems happier, and more helpful and knowledgeable than other stores we sometimes shop.

Being that I grew up in Miami fl and known other Home Depot stores down there, this store in Holiday Fl truly does not compare. They have an exceptional very helpful staff. They are always so welcoming and inviting of information for what ever my question is. The stores are always stocked and extremely clean and well kept. I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ but unfortunately 5 is all we can do here lol.. Love you Holiday Fl Home Depot!! I’ll be back 100xs and more again!! 😊

I was able to make my purchase with the help of to find ladies in the service department. Raven and Diaine were extremely helpful and made it easy for me to make my purchase.

I bought 3 bags of potting soil and was unable to lift them into my vehicle. A very kind employee helped to lift the bags into my vehicle.

I bought flooring on home depot.com. Had 14 boxes of flooring left but unfortunately it was discontinued when returning. Tracie, the manager spent over 30 minutes on the phone with internet customer service only to be disconnected after the long wait. Tracie knew I was so upset, having so much money invested in this purchase. She did everything possible to get me store credit. It took so much time, at least an hour as I waited patiently to see if she could help me. There was another sales lady (unfortunately didn’t get her name) who tried to help me and realized a manager had to continue with this return. Both were awesome! They made my customer service return experience wonderful. Very rare in this day and age that people go out of their way to make the customer happy. Thanks to Tracie working at the Holiday, Florida store!

I was in Home Depot looking for answers for our lawn problems when an employee saw us struggling and he went out of his way to help !

I went to the Garden Department recently for a specific item. When I couldn't find it, the staff there took their time to not only find it, but get the pallet down off the top shelf for me so that I had what I came for. It was extremely hot outside and yet the employees were very helpful and made it fun actually. It was the cashier, a young woman working in the dept and a gentleman that all helped me find I came for. Great bunch of people!

Definitely enjoyed my shopping experience. Ryan and plumbing was so helpful and walk me through the store and help me get everything that I needed in all the departments definitely shop here.

Cary offered his assistance and was able to answer my questions and find the product I needed

I have shopped at this store #0288 Holiday for over 4 years. I have always found what I need and Employees have always been helpful. No complaints!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Home Depot has become a second home. Every employee we have encountered at the Holiday location has gone above and beyond to make sure we are helped and provided with the necessary tools and knowledge for any projects we may be venturing.
