This store is in a great location - being right off the 93 interstate makes it so convenient to shop at this store. In and out quickly - & parking is never an issue. [

I have never owned a home before, even though I am 65 years old. I made my list and went in in fear and trembling, but they were amazing. Every item checked off and such courteous service.

My mother and I are currently repainting multiple rooms in our home and set out to buy the first rooms paint tonight. After arriving we were met with the rudest women for no reason. She asked if we were colorblind when she felt we didn’t describe the color in the proper way to her. She also was very standoffish and unhelpful. We had multiple questions to ask but we’re made to feel uncomfortable since we had gotten such a rude response for our first question. Everything was said with an attitude and we were so thrown off we forgot other items we wanted to buy. As for buying paint for the next rooms we will be shopping else where and its very unlikely we will ever return to this store. The women was covering her nametag so all the information I have is she was there on 09/27/22 at 6 pm.

Approaching checkout with a variety of renovation supplies for my daughter's apartment, was hailed away from the self checkout and courteously checked out with cashier "Karen" - who very rapidly processed my application for a Home Depot credit card, and checked me out, in the time it would have taken me to self-scan all my items. Super service, very friendly and pleasant.

Tony exceeded my expectations by escorting me to find a couple items. The rest room was Very Clean top to bottom.

I picked up some Trowel Patch for driveway repair. I have used this product in the past for filling in cracks before I put down another coat of sealer. I need make these type of repairs to maintain the driveway every three years or so. It's going to be 100*F this week and a great time to work on the asphalt driveway. Everything will spread easier and bond with the existing asphalt material.

Hooksett Home Depot made a great decision hiring Karen at the front end. She makes the experience pleasurable.

I have bought several smaller items at the Hooksett store. This was my first appliance purchase. It went very well beginning with my first visit to the store and ending with installation. I particularly liked the updates, all of which were accurate.

I needed some propane tanks for my torch. I was able to get only 1. The shelves were empty in the two departments that is carried at.

Amy was very kind, and helped me out the best she could. I was waiting at the paint desk for a long time while she worked to try to find someone to help me get a sample color. After waiting a while I decided to wait & come back with a proper sample color since I wasn’t sure what color exactly I would need. Amy offered to take a discount off of my total, which I declined since she made the experience great.

Flooring, toold, carpet etc., Good friendly helpful knowledgeable employees, if they don't know because it may not be their department, they will find the person who can help and friendly cashiers at checkout Obvisiouly good mangers run this particular store.

I usually know what I need and I can get it. I needed help today with a paint issue (my fault). Peter at the paint counter greeted me with a SMILE and dealt with all my painting needs professionally and in short order. There are some quality employees at this store!

poor service and dirty

I had one of the most pleasant, and delightful experiences in a long time by shopping with this store. Their employees are to be recognized, and commended for their dedication to excellent customer service.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the feeling of being welcome. Thank you everyone at Home Depot!

Employees went above and beyond with my needs!

Thanks to the very knowledgeable and friendly personnel, I was able to locate and purchase all that I came to buy!

Store is easy to get to and less crowded then other Home Depot’s in the area.

Chris is the man! So helpful. Store is fully stocked and neat and easy to find stuff.

Employees are always very nice customer service is always helpful (in-store) the phone needs a little help but other then that shop at Home Depot

I recently shopped at the Hooksett store, I went in at almost closing and one of the overnight staff, Kevin assisted me with picking out plywood... I was kind of picky, with wanting one that was flat and not as many knots....Kevin went through at least 7 panels- and they are not light.... he was so kind and patient even loaded it in my trailer... hope he gets employee of the month as you can just tell he is most likely this way with all your customers :)

Unfortunately, your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site. The customer service in this store was horrible ! After my flooring was 4 days late I received a text saying it was back ordered for approx a month. When I went to the store to try to get something else in stock the clerk at the service desk gave me such a hard time I wanted to walk out. Then when I finally got her to refund me she wanted to charge me a restock fee ! It was never IN stock. I don't think so !!! She was so rude I couldn't believe it. She acted like she owned the place. I will be shopping elsewhere.

The staff was not friendly at checkout.

Self check out is just that. People use it to perhaps avoid staff due to covid. Having a staff member demand to show you an easier way to enter multiple items even though you have said no thank you. Thier answer should not be, well I wear a mask.

The employees ignore the customers. Inwas in the store after 6pm on a slow Tuesday night and not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. It was like I wasn’t there at all. One employee walked past me and didn’t so much as say “hello”, others were too busy talking to each other. Very disappointed.

very crowded with Christmas shoppers today, but there were no long lines at the cashiers. I knew what I needed to buy and I was in and out in very good time.

Laura the cashier was amazing. Quick transaction, friendly conversation. Made me feel VALUED as a customer of Home Depot. Definitely recommend this location.
