I came into the store looking for a light fixture for a closet. I had been to a competitor box store closer to where I live and they did not have what I needed and did not know when the item would be back in stock. I was in the are of your Home Depot and stopped by. They had exactly what I need in stock. I have been looking for a power weed trimmer and stopped by that department. Not only did they have what I had been wanting to buy but it was marked down 25% ($100). Needless to say, that pushed me over the edge and I brought it home. Thank You Home Depot

They have most of the items I look for. Sometimes they don't. Some of the staff are friendly, some aren't. Same as anywhere else. Very convenient location though.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The staff is always friendly, professional, & helpful, items are always in stock, and speedy checkout.

I've had repeated problems with this store location and do not plan to shop here moving forward: 1) One of the primary reasons I shop at Home depot is because of the electronic receipts. It makes managing reimbursed receipts so much easier. So its very frustrating when employees quickly end the transaction before I can click the option to have my receipt sent to my email. This has happened many times, evening after asking to speak to the store manager about it. 2) Bought a string trimmer. Later discovered that a lighter weight one would work better due to back problems. I went to returned original, unused, string trimmer, and explained that I needed to EXCHANGE it. This was important because my credit card had been stolen online (unrelated to Home Depot) and my card was now cancelled with a new card on the way. When exchanging the old trimmer for the new one, I let the cashier know at the time. What he didn't say is that he would return the money to my stolen credit card which meant I didn't have access to use those funds for the new trimmer. Even though I explained this, he still did it incorrectly and was very abrupt about it. Upon trying to leave (and thinking he had exchanged it as I had asked), he yelled at me leaving the store as if I was some sort of shoplifter. Up to this point he had made no mention that he had not EXCHANGED the item but rather had just RETURNED it and put all the money back on my unusable credit card. He said I had to now BUY the new trimmer separately, despite what I had clearly requested coming into the store. I was then required to put the new transaction on a separate card that I was not comfortable using for the transaction.The whole experience was humiliating and confusing, and the cashier was very unsympathetic. He seemed to not be properly trained on how to run the register/system and seemed too lazy to resolve the problem.

Very imformed manager in the pant department now that's what I call old school knowledge an a female wish everyone took their jobs of a matter of importance.

The associate at the customer service desk was very unfriendly and made my shopping experience a very uncomfortable one. When you go into a store in a perfectly good mood and are treated rudely then obviously you don't leave feeling happy or want to go back there. I hope Jaslyn will get a well needed attitude adjustment before she runs off more of your customers.

Store VERY unorganized- employees stayed on their phones & didn't look up. Only had 1 offer of help & she had a line of 3 in front of me. Other associates looked at me or ignored me- if they looked up from their phones. Hard to find what you need & products not in their proper place.

Nicely treated on phone by staff. That helped me find what I needed quickly.

If you are a consumer and need paint , this is the place to go. Very helpful and quick.

The store was very clean found everything I needed on the isles I was looking for also they help my wife out a lot in the gardening section

The service was to my satisfaction. I’ve been to other locations and had no one ever assist me. But my visit at the Humble location there were several associates who checked on me during my visit.

Have shopped here for a long time. Different thoughts on different trips. Have not liked it when told I can't get a Veteran discount when ordering something that they don't have in stock and having to pay shipping to have it send to my home. I have to make 2 trips to get one item when its H D's fault for not having it in stock. Certain items no longer in stock in shower cleaning aids. Have had more positive trips to H D than negative but needed to throw my negative trips in. Keep up the good work but get more checkers on the weekend.

Purchase a 7"TileSaw at Home Depot to find out that it was used and returned. The TileSaw was not checked and place back to purchase as new. Waited by time on purchasing it and returned it. Way to go !!!!!!!

Plenty of associates available to help direct me to the right place quickly Product availability was plenty and organized Though not many options but Pricing is fair No clutter on aisles was noticeable Fast checkout considering the time of day Parking was a little crowded but understandably Recommended yes for sure

Their cashiers are rude, condecending, obnoxious and have a down right disgusting attituted.

Great Home Depot location to purchase your items from, the employees are great and the place is well maintained.

My husband and I went to to Home Depot looking for flooring and were provided outstanding customer service by Ron H. He helped us locate the flooring we were looking for and offered suggestions on additional products we would need to complete our job.(as we were completely clueless) Coincidentally, Ron H. happened to be passing by as we were struggling with loading the flooring we had purchased into our car. My husband and I thought we were going to have to leave it there and come back as our trunk would not close, and there was not a way to tie down the trunk. Ron managed to maneuver the flooring and get it to fit-along with another nice associate-whose name I failed to get.:( A little kindness goes a long way and these gestures are so often overlooked, so I just wanted to give Ron H. the recognition he deserves for a job well done.
