Last year I was disillusioned by shopping at Home Depot just due to their customer service. However I have been very happy recently with the assistance I have received not only in the store but with online purchases as well

I Have helped with my shower installation, and I probably will go with the Home Depot referral and their excellent price and quality shower tub and door. I was helped with excellent variety of carpeting and prices, I will probably will choose Home Depot.

We have a building maintenance issue and received great service from Eric at Warner Store in HB. He went out of his way to assist with right product and made sure I got all the correct fittings. He walked me over to Ken at Plumbing to make sure all was done right. Ken was very helpful as well! This was after two employees in the store brushed me off. It is Eric’s exceptional attitude and willingness to help made the whole world of difference for our building today! Hooray Eric.

Deonna at Customer Service goes above and beyond. Love her sense of humor too!

I bought a Ryobi Lawnmower at this location and the staff was outstanding. They helped me every way possible to get it delivered and assembled. Thank you to especially to Zoe and Jeff - very, very kind and helpful and Lynne also. I will be back with this incredible customer service. You almost made me cry with your amazing customer service, smiling faces and help. Thank you Home Depot front desk!!

I love how all the Home Depot Associates HELP, listen, communicate and show an array of various products by directing me to the most cost effective and practical products. I just purchased a carpet from a knowledgeable sales associate recommending one with a stain warrenty and 25 year limited warrenty. It's a keeper! Two years ago I purchased a range and dishwasher. The sales' associate coordinated style and cost. My favorite experience is strolling through the flower/plants GOD created!

Alizae and Patrick are top quality employees wrt customer service and general store knowledge. They are polite, friendly, and interested in providing the customer with a positive experience. They make shopping Home Depo a pleasurable experience.

While in the lumber department, a very large rat ran between the aisles. When we notified employees, they were already aware and indicated that management wasn’t doing anything to fix the problem.

I went into Home Depot looking for some cushions I saw online. They weren’t in stock but the customer service department sent a nice young man over to help me. So I picked something else out that I wasn’t quite thrilled with but about five minutes later, Hunter came over and let me know that he had found the items stashed away in a box. He knew they were in the store as it indicated online that they were eight cushions. Yes! I got to walk out of the store a happy camper.

Purchase a BBQ and was told it would be delivered Wednesday. No one showed up so I call Friday asking where it is. They tell me it will be delivered by end of day and I said okay that’s fine. I get a call at 630pm telling me it was just finished being assembled and no one could deliver it. I stated that I was promised it Wednesday and now today and now when? I was told next week sometime. So here I am 4 weeks in with out a bbq. Fix this situation homedepot. I now regret getting the homedepot credit card..

I'm satisfied in general shopping at the home depot. Usually, my Military discount is honored, but I ended up not receiving the $65.50 discount on this trip as expected!,

my wife was getting flower stuff and saw a barrel bar that she loved and inquired on. Deonna gave her help and Gary showed her the variations. The wine bar was 2 wine barrels with a butcher block top and an umbrella, very country and excellent price.

It's not always easy to find what you need in any home improvement store. That's why having helpful employees makes a huge difference. The helpfulness of employees at this store has varied a lot over the years, but if new cashier Diane is any indication, helpfulness is on the rise. Diane went out of her way to help me find what I came in for. She was really friendly and nice, which also makes a huge difference. I will not hesitate to revisit this store next time I need something.

As a small business owner I find myself in Home Depot 15-20 times a week for different project needs. Dennis is our go-to employee for any pipe, PEX or Brass/Copper fittings. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the correct solution for your needs. I enjoy visiting this store over any of the local competition.

It is hard to find parking when there are so many people doing business in the homedepot parking lot. These businesses also get in the way when you're trying to leave. Why are people allowed to do business with their big trucks in the homedepot private parking lot??

An older woman with short red curly hair was snappy and rude, I believe her name is Miriam. She mumbled something to me while a concrete miter saw was going off in the background. I asked her to repeat herself, and she pulled down her mask, and said (verbatim) "Do you want a bag, or a hearing aid too?" UNBELIEVABLE. I will not be returning.

Two employees in particular, Heather Lugo and Janet Savard, were incredibly helpful employees. They were kind enough to explain everything we were wondering about and help us throughout our entire time in the store. Made shopping in there incredibly simple. Very great service!

Excellent!! Was clean and organized!! Friendly Employees. Helped by Tricia Lamb Flooring Specialist. She was wonderful and put together my new vacumn together for me, She was so friendly and swift. And even helped another customer and made sure he got help

I like the Huntington Beach store every time I go there which is usually at least once a week everyone is friendly and most of the time they are very knowledgeable and they are willing to help you find what you need

Like I said I’ve always liked Home Depot because they have a big variety of things when you’re working on your home plus I’ve always found that the people that work for Home Depot are pretty knowledgeable in the areas that they seem to work in the store the other big improvement store I’ve always had a problem with I don’t find that the people are helpful and don’t seem to know very much in that kind of field

I hope the store will have their workers stay at their assigned position at least 10 minutes for every 30 minutes.
