Great place to shop and can find what your looking for whether on mobile app or in store. Customer service could use some improvements but for the most part good place to shop.

Good, clean store

The store was clean and well stocked but had nothing but self checkouts. When I asked bout the checkouts all being self service the lady was more than rude.

Thank you Home Depot & Jim!! I called the store to see if they had battery for a fob/key replacement. They directed me to the electronics and Jim answered and assured me that could help me. I went the store found Jim. He was so kind & patient and opened my fob, found the size of the battery and replaced for me!! I am so grateful for Jim!!! Awesome guy Store!!

All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of products. Willing to help customers with what ever the need. With a project I'm not sure of I can count on getting the help or ideas from someone in the in store That's a big help sometimes for me. The store is always clean shelves always stocked. Everybody is always very positive and pleasant. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience there.

once again I had a wonderful experience at the store in Hutchinson. Ofelia and red were wonderful, helped me find what I needed for my home project, with a big smile on their face, and pep in their step. Most if not all the products are close to lowes, and even if they weren't the personal service I get is worth the extra money. I appreciate you all.

I had an awesome experience tonight at this store. I would suggest anyone that wants a pick me up, or just someone that knows their way around the store, Ask for Ofelia or Maureen. These two women were great. I have never had a "bad" experience, but these two women made it a great experience. Way to go HomeDepo for hiring these two champ.

Most employees were rude and acted as if a customer was an inconvenience.

Kindness to everyone, goes over the top to make sure your questions are all met. Very special people .

Staff at this store is very knowledgeable on their products. If you don’t know I recommend that you ask one of the associates in that department

Just a regular visit today didn't really need anything special. If I do have questions or need help there's always a friendly employee around to help. I will say their website is weird and annoying for me to use I get frustrated with it quickly.
