The City of Idaho Falls makes regular purchases at Home Depot. The Pro Desk attendants are great and helpful

I expected to buy Drip Tubing with the holes prepunched! The Employee did nor share with me that I needed to buy a punch to punch my own holes! I want tubing prepunched!!! I will go to a retailer that sell me tubing that has the drip holes already prepunched.

If you want to be treated right, helped efficiently, and get some great deals, this is the place to go! I’m here several times a week, and consistently have great experiences!

Employees wander around, never ask if you need help. Variety of product poor. Garden department has no idea even what Gypsum is. Don't think I will waste my time going back to this particular store.

Colton took special interest to help me find just the right tool set to meet my needs. Once home and using the Milwaukee set I bought, it was certainly the right choice!

Just bought a patio table set fairly good price. Excited to get it set up.

My order was not what I had ordered. I confirmed by telephone before traveling 300 miles round-trip to pick up 25 gallons of stain. I called and they told me it was in. I went to pick it up, prepaid, from customer service. William at the paint counter substituted a lower quality stain from Olympic than what I ordered and paid for. No mention was made to me. I discovered it when I looked at the can before taking it out to my truck. The store manager said that he would make this , good. The store manager, Josh, said my product would be delivered free of charge. For the second time the product was wrong. It was the wrong color. I ordered Cedar natural tone and was given a color called Atlas. To this day, I don’t know whether they ordered the correct color and/or when it’s going to be delivered. Beyond disappointed. Once this is resolved with my delivery of the correct color of stain. I am done with Home Depot.

I like the Idaho Falls #1802 store best because their employees don’t mind helping, and if they don’t know the answer to my questions, they stay with me until they find someone who can. This location is our favorite!!!

I was happy to shopping here but staff turning back or behaving like you are invisible at store opening times when you ask something . They Don’t want to serve you early mornings.

Plans changed, and I needed to return a countertop that was still in its wrapping and buy a bigger one that was a hundred more. I was told it was past the return date, which I feel was far too narrow of a window anyway. A manager should be able to override and make the exchange, especially since it was still new, but he said he couldn't.

Oleta does great work, is always helpful, is very knowledgeable and makes shopping at homedepot a great experience!!

We had great customer service from Rayne. She will go above what she’s asked to answer your questions and she’s not afraid to say she doesn’t know but she will go check. She is knowledgable and competent. I appreciate her hard work and HONESTY

I was a bit lost in the electrical department (because there’s a lot), but Mustafa helped me quickly find what I was looking for. He was friendly and I appreciated his help.

I’ve been helped by Karen about twice now and she always comes to the rescue! She helped me check out when the other associates were busy she’s the best.

Went in for a little project, coming from Rexburg I wasn’t wanting to be shopping for a while. Thankfully I quickly found everything I needed in an organized fashion and in reasonable quantities. Went to check out and was greeted by Bailey who was very positive and helpful.

Joshua and Kyra helped us get our product then walked us to the checkout to be sure it scanned properly. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice staff. Good selection. Unfortunately way too much merchandise is locked up and requires an associate with a key to get what you need. This is not california!!! Don't drive anything larger than a two seat smart car if you want to use the Pro Parking

We found a Christmas tree we liked and found that it was out of stock and would not be re-stocked, we asked if we could purchase the floor model and was told that floor models would be sold on Dec 4th first come first serve. I went to the store at 6:00 am on the 4th and the tree was gone they must have allowed someone else to purchase it before the given date. All the manager would say to me is sorry I don't know what happened.

Upon returning an item the lady helping me was so rude! Complaining with another workers how slammed and busy they were. They getting annoyed with me about her having to put the receipt numbers in. I understand being understaff is frustrating but she should not of taking it out on me. Super annoyed

I spend a lot of money in this store and it's because I can always find what I need and the workers are always willing to help.
