Vanessa and Jose at the indio store are the best customer service team I have dealt with in a long time. Awesome job does not even come close to the service they provided...Best store ever!!!!

La quinta and Indio are competitive both very similar in great Customerservice

The store was clean and I was able to find the products I needed to finish the job.

Never a sales person in a department. When finally seeing an employee "wandering" by they say that this is not their area of expertise and call for assistance, but no one ever shows up. La Quinta store has much more accommodating employees and a much cleaner, more organized and fully stocked store. The Indio store is closer than the La Quinta store so I would rather spend my time there, however, for the last 6 years, the Indio store has been substandard to the other Home Depot stores in the Desert.

Excellent place to find any thing for your home's tool.

I took a trimmer to get repaired and it took two months to get repaired. I called multiple times and was lied too. I went into the store multiple times and the associate tried lying to me by saying they were waiting for the part when the tech had told me the part was already there. She went to the back and said I was right and said it would be ready in a couple of days. A week went by and nothing. I went in a second time and was told it would be ready that same day and they would call me. I never received a call. A week went by and I called again. The same associate told me that it had been ready since the last time I went in but yet I never received a phone call to tell me. Worst tool repair department ever. This experience made me hate this store.

There was some stone on clearance and could not purchase it . I love Home Depot, but this this is not one of there better stores.

Store was convenient to my home, clean, employees friendly, easy to find products, good values for the money.

We are delighted to do business with Home Depot Indio. However, there have been staffing changes that we dont agree with. One of your Pro Employees was let go due to the behavior of another. I personally witness the employee not let go abuse other staff. If one did something wrong. Either all or nothing. The employee who was let go had impectable customer service skills. She will be sadly missed. Another employer will be blessed to have her.

THE STORE OVER ALL IS CLEAN I COME HERE ALL THE TIME THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN IT COMES CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THERE RENTAL DEPARTMENT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER AFTER DROPPING OFF TOOLS FOR REPAIRS THEY TAKE TOO LONG AND YOU DONT KNOW WHEN ARE YOU GETTING THEM BACK

I like the fact that the employees are very helpful, and knowledgeable about the trades. And I've seen how well they tolerate irate people. I've never had any issues with this store or it's employees. Great store!

What a wonderful store..! Very large and what an amazing selection. The layout and design is terrific. The employees are so friendly and happy. I didnt want to leave.

GREAT store.

Loved the way the garden area looked. I also had an employee pick up a large planter and placed it in my cart. After paying for it, I drove up to the entrance and the cashier brought the planter out and placed it in my trunk.

Extremely knowledgeable department salespeople, good product lines, clean & organized store.

You have two exceptional customer service associates that should be commended. First just as you enter your greater as if you were coming home. Matio ~ a man that knows a thing or two & another associate Don His attributes speek for themselves patient courteous kind and professional. I’m really surprised that he’s enjoys his position, it’s because of these personal experiences I’ve returned. Please tell them Mr. Willie Durazo says thanks.

I can’t rave enough about one specific employee. Her name is Wendy and she was in the paint department. Awesome customer service, it’s rare to find someone so helpful these days. She made the experience great and we just loved her.

Once again as I venture into our very friendly Homedepot my wife and I were greeted by one of the most exceptional customer service staff Matio I continue on my way to see if Don was around so I could that him for his exceptional service of my last visit. If you happen to visit this store tell them “Willie” sent you. You’ll experience the same as I did, they kind of make you fill and home. Now keep in mind They both know there products. There attributes speek for themselves & because of there service I’ve returned. It’s a shame that they have not been commended. Till then

There at this store you experience what customer service is ment to be by two Homedepot Associates . At the door #1 Mateo a great like no other, like you finely came home. # 2 Don this gentleman knows his inventory and the product uses. He’s the go to man, tell him Willie sent you. I believe I would have continued my purchases here more if they hadn’t removed my 5% discount. Close and convenient

The Indio Home Depot has the most helpful employees I have encountered in the desert! They actually are happy to help!!! I will go nowhere else!!

I WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE RESTROOM CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE AND ALL EMPLOYEES I APPROACHED DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ASSIST ME. FINALLY I APPROACH ONE AND HE TRIES TO CALL OTHERS TO HELP AND THEY REFUSED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD THE PARTS THAT I NEEDED WITH ME. FINALLY, I WALKED OUT OF THE STORE AND WENT TO COACHELLA VALLEY ELECTRIC AND THEY WERE THE BEST. I LIVE 2 BLOCKS FROM HOME DEPOT ON JACKSON STREET, SO THEY COULD LOSE A CLOSE TO HOME FAITHFUL CUSTOMER.

The employees there are great. The protection plan isn't very good. More like a deductible. If you buy a new appliance hope it goes out before 60 days so you get the refund of the protection plan. If it goes out after that you lose the purchase of the protection plan, and now they won't reimburse me 20 dollars to take this samsung refrigerator that went out. Why do I have to pay for them to take something that went out in 1 year and a few months. I should have not paid it, refused to pay and cancel home depot card so that can't charge me. I called the warranty people and they told me it's my responsibility to get the refrigerator out. It's not my fault it stopped working.
