My wife and I were initially purchasing a hot tub from homedepot.com. It was an irregular purchase, as we were looking to split the payment up between two credit cards; we were then told from online services that this purchase would have to be done in-store. In store #1273 in Irondequoit on Tuesday 11/24, we were greeted by Crystal, who began helping us with our purchase. After several attempts at getting the purchase completed with online services, she received help from Angela, Crystal's manager, who also began working on our problem. We began at just about 8pm, and with determination, persistance, and some creativity, Crystal and Angela were able to make the purchase happen. We were there until almost 10:30pm, and they both made sure that we were comfortable, all the while reassuring us that they would complete the transaction for us--and true to their word, they did! Both women did a superb job at being steadfast and cool-under-pressure, while remaining confident, friendly, and resourceful. Both were true professionals and provided a level of service that I had never received before from Home Depot. I have always received great service from Home Depot employees, but that day, both Crystal and Angela provided truly outstanding, top-level customer service. Because of them, Home Depot has two more raving fans who will spread the word about Home Depot's outstanding service!

Went in looking to purchase a new sink faucet, and baskets to repair a very old set up that was leaking. Also wanted a new toilet. An associate, Jay, in the area I was searching helped me with both. He was quite helpful in assisting me find everything I needed. He also loaded the toilet on a cart, helped me at the checkout and loaded the toilet into my car. He was courteous and patient with me and had a very service oriented demeanor. I almost felt like I had my own personal assistant. I am a senior and sincerely appreciated such service I received. I've ALWAYS had a great experience at this store.

Very nice employee's, mostly have what I need in product ,pricing is somewhat ok .in general I'm happy with the store ,but greece store has a better layout. But thank you for being here .

Some of the staff in there are very rude Not approachable When you need the support with item or to just ask a question about stuff not sure about, some don't even acknowledge you. Not all Nesha is a great employee as well as Cymone. Thanks ladies for your support, listening and understanding

Customers refuse to stay six feet apart and get mad when you ask them to stay away from you. The store is not adequately staffed resulting in long lines and therefore people crowding each other

I like the convenience, and the layout of the store. Customer service is great.

People like Mark who works in the appliance department make buying appliances easier! He is super knowledgeable, honest, and awesome! If you need anything in that department...see him! I only shop at this store because of employees like him.

Generally well-stocked, plenty of open check-outs, and pleasant staff. We had an excellent experience selecting and ordering carpet with Desia Lashley...in flooring dept. She was helpful and knowledgeable...and very pleasant!

Lack of mask wearing enforcement is disturbing.

The store has a wide variety of excellant products, and ata competitive price. For the most part, staff are friendly and safety conscious. Some show that they have had direct experiance in the field and can surgest applications of their products. However, more training should be given to thosr department heads and assistants along those lines to best serve customers. Over all, its a good experiance shopping at Home Depot.

Shopping experience could not have gone better, and always is that way at this store, located close to home. Everything neat and friendly employees if help was needed.

My visit was fine today. I am disabled and attempted to use a few of the electric carts today; it's still cold in Rochester NY. The electric carts were parked in the enclosed entrance, but the entrance door from outside was open. It is much too cold for the carts to charge and hold that charge in this weather. I suggest the cart be moved inside the store near the entrance to increase the chances of them have a good charge when they are needed. .

I was lucky to have the manager of the department to assist me with a problem of what flood lights to use and how to pick the proper one. The gentleman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to talk to.

This store was clean, assistance seamed to be available although I did not need any. There were plenty of product available of the type I was looking for. This store #1273 has made many improvements. In the past I would avoid this store and when time allowed would go to store #1247 which I would have to give 5 stars on almost everything. A few weeks ago there was not product that I was looking for so I did have to go to store #1247. Store #1273 has made many improvements as far as being clean, helpful, and most stocking materials.

Lines too long, store too loud and employees too rushed to be polite.

It's a real hassle to check out since they eliminated the standard checkouts and went to all self checkouts. We will be shopping at Ace and Lowes from now on

It is often hard to find assistance in this store. I have many times spoken with the manager on duty, but have not seen much improvement in the attitudes of the employees. The aisles are often in disarray and not well stocked.

Bill in hardware and tools, and Giovanni at the pro desk are outstanding associates, representing Home Depot very well.
