I just moved into my new house with my two kids after a divorce. I had been pretty happy with Home Depot until I had to deal with the paint dept slackers. I asked them to match the color on top of the can and he scanned it (it was the wrong color it he messed up) either way I told him I needed grey. He didn’t check like I asked him to and when I got home, it was the wrong color. It was sea glass (green) When I brought it back he pretended not to know what I was talking about and the other guy said I would have to pay for another $50 falling because I didn’t “color match” I asked the first guy to color match the grey and he didn’t look!!!!!! So now I am carrying both gallons and a drawer I brought to color match and one of the gallons slipped and smashed into the drawer and broke it. It fell in pieces on the floor and the associate could not be bothered but to smirk and ask if I needed a buggy cause I had to take that worthless gallon they messed up on with me. Never again.

I had a problem with Curbside Pickup connecting to the store via the email and store app, so I had to enter the store and go to the Customer Service desk. I was directed to three managers standing together a few feet away. The Store Manager scurried off and the second manager stepped behind the desk and didn't acknowledge me. The third manager told me I should have called the store number on the sign and ask for help...The cashier and cart kid were very professional and friendly. Kudos to them.

All employees are easily approachable and willing to assist you whether is their area of responsibility or not.

I shop here at this location quite often due to friendly staff and their knowledge of items! They also keep a great inventory of various items which I love too!

I went in yesterday to purchase some gardening supplies, and at check out my military discount was not applied. The cashier appeared completely disinterested and did not assist in any way. This is not the first time I have been denied the discount at this location, so I won't be shopping here any more.

Went in the store today with a list of items I needed for my pressure washer and couldnt find anything but oil. Everything was moved and a manager JD assisted me. He was very pleasant found everything I needed. Thanked me for shopping with them and said enjoy the rest of your day. Outstanding customer service like that keeps me coming back to store 6890.

Nice store. People if not too busy are very helpful. Pretty conjested, but that's building stores . Love there self-checkouts. They've updated to more. Great!

Rude customer service

Most employees are good at to accept for the customer service.

I shopped on 8/16 in this store. When ready to check out the garden center had closed at 3 in the afternoon. I went inside to check out and the only available check outs were self service except the Pro desk at the other end of the store. I stopped at the customer service desk to ask if I could check out there.and the 2 girls standing there only talking said -sorry- we are returns only - go to self service. I said I didnt want to and was told I could go to the Pro desk. I told them I couldnt walk that far and they said -sorry- the girl at self service can help you. I almost left my basket and walked out I was that mad.

Rosael was friendly and helpful checking out my purchases. My child was very happy to receive a kid's workshop kit from Rosael. Thank you.

Ray went above and beyond to help me find the A/C unit I needed for my son in laws semi.

i bought paint today from a gentlmen who moved from NC .He was Awesome polite, well versed and the paint match was good sw tango 66472

THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE THAT PARKS A WHITE MUSTANG EACH DAY THEY ARE AT THE STORE. IT IS UNFAIR TO THOSE OF US WHO NEED A CLOSER SPOT FOR OUR PERSONAL SHOPPING.

Is a lot brighter than the old bulb that was in its place. I like it being this bright.

John in the paint department is the real deal, he was very helpful, professional, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Then I spoke with the Store Manager and I was very impressed by her. She deserves a promotion to District Manager or higher in my opinion.

I've always found the employees to be helpful. The store is huge but they always know where to find stuff.

I have lived in this neigborhood for over 17 years and in that 17 years I have been to Home Depot several times each week/ Month and I have never had a bad experience. This store is always clean and well organized and the staff are so helpful

The HOME DEPOT on 9751 Cross Hill BLVD is a really good one. Charles Sarama is the only person I go to because he is so professional and knowledgable.

I was able to get in and out quickly, with staff promptly and politely pointing me to the product I needed.

The feeling of a old fashioned neighborhood hardware store. Organized clean. You felt as though the staff wanted you to be there, looking out for you, feeling safe. Is a true positive atmosphere. You left much happier than when you arrived.

Oakleaf Home Depot employees are extraordinarily Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful!

This store has wonderful staff who are obviously treated well as they have been there for as long as I recall. They are always so sweet and so helpful.
