If I could give a zero, then I would. Asked an associate about a product on the shelf with questionable price tags. She clarified and I went to the front to purchase. It rings up wrong from what the associate told me and I said NO THANKS. Associate at counter gave me an attitude and like she was inconvenienced by what I told her...... No Sale from me! Thanks HD for reassuring my business and money will go elsewhere.

Staff at outdoor plants (Felicia) especially helpful.

The associates in the flooring department, especially Tim, are particularly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable.

I wrote a stellar review last time and was informed that it was not appropriate to your standards. So this time I'm going to copy and paste it to my computer and then transfer it to my phone to show the store manager it's content because I believe there was zero reason to refuse my previous review. Juneau Location Home Depot review: This location is by far one of the best HD stores I've shopped at and received help at. I've used HD in Michigan, Washington State, Oregon, Alaska, Big Island of Hawaii, Montana to name the states I've shopped in; Michigan, Washington State, Alaska were in multiple locations so my comparison isn't just one or two stores. The Juneau HD has a real solid staff of regulars that help train the new employees so everyone is up and running like a retail lumber supply store should operate. I've received assistance from many of your employees on project materials that I didn't consider, or if that location was out they knew exactly in town where to go for what I needed. This Juneau location reminds me of the days I was working for Recreational Equipment Inc. when I was going to college at the University of Washington in the 70s. The CEO at the time was Jim Whittaker he his take on how to run a retail store was exactly like the Juneau store is currently being run. The employees are free to use their brains to assist the customer which results in more future sales because the customer sees that he or she is not just a unit walking into the store to spend dollars but is instead viewed as a valuable shopper who will appreciate honest and forthright help and assistance. thank you I sincerely hope this review makes it to the manager of the Juneau Store Scott Jouppi

Excellent store, lots of variety of building supplies, very helpful and friendly service people, overall a good experience. We were directed and shown the product. Assistance was easy to get, clean store, etc.

The store looked like a Walmart, There was trash everywhere, no customer service, the employee's were rude, and the customer service employee "Nik" thought it would be funny to wiggle his butt at my wife and I, acting like a fool when we approached the counter asking for assistance and kept making jokes when all we wanted to do was pay for our things. I tried to complain but was told the manager was busy and call back later.

The Juneau, Alaska Home Depot store has always stocked the merchandise we have needed for our home improvements and always at a fair and reasonable price. The staff are friendly and ready to oblige our requests for help. We will always return to Home Depot for those extra "not easily found" home improvement items other stores never seem to have.

this store is well stocked, and the customer service is wonderful. I love shopping there..and i love to just go and window shop.

It's been in the last two years that I've come to realize how much of a saving shopping at Home Depot for building materials, supplies, tools etc.it is. The store employees have been a very big source of assistance when I'm looking for something or I have a big project on the agenda.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. the store is always clean and organized so it is easy to find things and they have a wonder selection of healthy plants

We spent nearly a day and a half at this store with an overwhelming shopping list for a new house we are building. The store was very clean, well organized and stocked. The employees were the friendliest and most helpful of any store I have ever been in. They seemed to enjoy helping us.

These days there is no such thing as good customer service. Employees ignore you or do not know anything about what you are looking for or talking about. This was not the case when I went to Home Depot today. Edward the employee wash helpful and kind. Not something you experience at any stores these days. So thank you Edward I will be continue shopping at Home Depot.

Easily found all of the products needed for a home project. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, especially the person working in the department with wood, and Bob at the customer service desk.

There are 2 things about that i love about this store, it's always perfectly clean, and the employees are all delightful.

Thank you, Juneau Home Depot for providing us pellet-stove users with a great value product in Cascade Wood Pellets. They are an excellent product at an affordable price. And I was even provided assistance when it came time to load them in my truck, which I really appreciated. Great Product - Great Value - Great Service! Thanks Home Depot!

This store has some amazing associates, and it does not matter what time of the day that you happen to be in the store.

Everyone here is always so friendly! I love it

I had been shopping for kitchen appliances. Normally I shop at Sears. I had been waiting for a big sale and every time I went into Sears no one would ask if I needed help. They always seemed busy but they were not helping any customers......I finally gave up after 3 tries of going there and would go to Home Depot and immediately someone would ask if I needed help. I figured out all the appliances I wanted to get and then when the big sale happened I was there. No waiting and items on the floor for me to view. PLUS I love that Home Depot will deliver for free and also take my old applicances away for free too!

I'm usually surprised at the generosity of the Home Depot staff and the store's perspective towards service. Every time I'm there, I'm offered assistance at every turn, and when I do accept help, they're committed to finding the solution whether it be working through some wiring or plumbing puzzle, or if I'm just trying to find a specific item I spied online. Today, the item I wanted was sold out, except for the floor display model - they were able to sell it to me, and even throw in an additional item to sweeten the deal of not having the boxed version available. Pretty impressive that they're willing to work to "make things right" even if it's truly above and beyond the reasonable expectation.
