Employee in the appliance section was very rude. Asked for assistance to get an item off the top shelf since it was not in the correct bay and the employee was very rude and short with me. This is very unprofessional for an employee and a business. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I will not be shopping here again based on this terrible experience and terrible customer service

Some employees avoid and ignore you, just for not help costumers.

Rushing to pick up an item Home Depot store 210 at 9:45 pm right before closing. The associate Khalil stopped what he was doing help locate a product located in top stock. Oscar and Isaiah assisted with a machine to bring it down. Those 3 guys from the over night crew were amazing, I’m only shopping at this store after 9:30 pm. Great experience.

Miss very much The Home Depot, were all employees were willing to help. Nowadays, is like if you want to shop here, fine. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Store personnel are friendly and helpful

I came to purchase a door sweep for a bathroom shower door, you did not have what I wanted so I purchased item #043374055870, took it home, cut it to fit, it would not stick to the glass door. I would take it back but the $4.98 isn't worth the time and effort and gas. I purchased the one on the door at Home depot several years ago, thought you would have it still. Guess I will have to make Loews my new home store, and they don't greet their customers in Spanish like they do at your Miami/Kendall store.

DO NOT deal with Danny in the Electrical department, he doesn't know what customer service is, no clue at all.

Cashier decided for me if I wanted a printed receipt while I was entering my email Then she offer to void my credit card transaction to do it again. Never apologized. Of course I didn’t canceled It to redo it again. Waste of time and bad service.

Customer service was not helpful in addressing my needs and made me run around the store for nothing. They should get their act together and better assist customers.

I’ve been coming to this store since 1986 and know most long term employees. They are very helpful and have great customer service skills! So many of them from the return desk, to cashiers, pro desk and managers. Great group, this is my preferred Home Depot!

Recommendation depends, if you speak Spanish you get friendly help, but I had several encounters that the staff is rather unfriendly when approached in English. I even had encounters where the employees refuse to speak English and only point to somewhere in the store speaking Spanish. Corona is not transmitted by speaking English or being polite. The store is clean and well stacked except airplants. Not much in that department. I tried a few weeks in a row, I was always referred to next weeks shipment, but nothing ever arrived. A bit frustrating since I came just for that.
