The store is well laid out with a good selection of items in most departments. The representatives at the paint department were very helpful. Kelly Johnson in the paint department is an excellent mixologist and matched a difficult color beautifully. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The employees are great, what few of them there are. If you are making a major purchase or need lots of information on varying products, plan on spending at least 30-45 minutes waiting. Those who work there are knowledgeable and friendly; there just aren't enough of them. Also, be sure to watch the price difference in online and in the store. Often, they are different.

I bought a lawnmower today. Home Depot employees were so kind and helpful - helping me make the correct decision and helping me get the mower out of the box, get the handle attached, and load the mower into my vehicle. It was a very positive shopping experience.

We are all so busy, and when shopping at this awesome store I only wish I had more time to fulfill my shopping list for this visit and other items on my customers' list. Nearby helps, so I can easily return for my list later.

The Home Depot in Kerrville, Texas, is great. it's easy to find, it has plenty of parking, the departments are clean and neat, and the merchandise is displayed well. Also, personnel are readily available to help the customers.

HOME DEPOT SHOULD NOT MAKE PROMISES ABOUT DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WHEN THEY CONTRACT EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH: I wasn't notified about delivery. My washing machine wasn't levelled and shakes excessively. There was no clean up as promised. As a gardener and DIY enthusiast, I have been shopping at my local Home Depot for years. This is my first experience buying an appliance and unless I have some resolution, it will be my last. Let me first say, that Violet, the store employee was very helpful. She went out of her way to help me. She was courteous and made sure to enter my correct contact information in the system. The following comments are no reflection on her. Evidently, Home Depot does not communicate updated information with the contracted delivery. As a result, I wasn't notified about delivery as promised. My new washing machine was unboxed in the rain while the old machine was disconnected. When the delivery guy spilled about a gallon of water from the hose, he made no effort to clean it up. Had I not rushed to mop up the water, they were planning to move the new machine right in. They rushed installation and it seems my new machine was not levelled because I have never seen a machine shake like this one. I specifically asked if the machine had been levelled and was assured it had. The delivery driver did take the time to plead with me to leave the highest rating. I would love to update my review to a higher rating, but I need a leveled washing machine--or one that doesn't shake--without having to deal with the contracted delivery headache.

This store will help you find what you need with a smile and nice attitude, that's priceless.

If you are looking for anything, and they don't have it they will get it. Or recomend you to were you can get it. Friendly people that will help you no matter how long their day has been.

The store is neat and clean. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Products we needed to remodel a cabin were available and reasonably priced.

The reason I gave it 1star is because the man who was stationed at self check out on 3/25/19 was very abrupt, rude, loud and condensending. He thinks since he is big and tall that he can treat people rudely and get away with it.

I was in need of 4 inch corrogated drain pipe. I live 30 miles away from the store. I was transfered to plumbling (Pete) took my call. he told me the the pipe i needed was in garden center. I asked Pete to transfer me to garden center, he told me he was just a couple of isles away and that he would go check himself. After Pete confirmed that the store had the pipe i heade on my way. THe pipe was 74.00 but my tab was 223.00 after i did some intial shopping. Its service like this that keep people coming back. Alliana was the check out person and she was just as helpful by helping me carry my other items along with my 100 foot roll of pipe. Keep it up

Harold was great! Helped us order a garage door and took his time explaining all options. The store is always friendly and well stocked, nice to have a well staffed store and people available to help with locating merchandise. Money well spent on employees.

I spent over $650 dollars here yesterday and got a whopping $2.49 discount for retired military. Another local big box store offers 10% across the board. Home Depot's 10% discount is misleading and, as you can see, not worth the ink. I will only visit again for large purchases if one of the local competitors is out of stock.
