After reading the positive reviews for this store we went in to discuss remolding our kitchen. Justin went out of his way to set us up with a home visit from their design consultant Donatta. She called a few days later and after our visit with her we made the decision on the remodel we wanted. Went back to Justin and he helped us with our counter top selection and was very clear in outlining the steps to come next. Both he and Donette made this whole process painless and easy.

No one is around to help and not very customer friendly. It has gone downhill for sure. I had a cashier tell me to go across the store when there was not a bar code on item. She didn’t try to call anyone or anything but actually asked my spouse to call my cell to make sure I got the right item with a bar code. There are no long carts for customers as well I guess only employees are aloud to use them

The store was neat and orderly, quick in and out !

All at Kingman Store and Pro desk do an excellent job... all deserve recognition for excellence. I’ve also seen Jay (not sure of spelling) show excellent leadership at ProDesk. What Po did today exuding professionalism and customer care? He discussed lumber prices and reasons behind their high prices. Explained how HD doing their best to keep prices down and while also keeping inventory in stock with the current high demand. Great experience overall. Thank you Kingman Home Depot!

Home Depot offers low cost PVC parts for most of my plumping needs. Great to be able to walk in, get parts and self check out quickly so i can get back to work.

I was raised in Kingman. The stores ran like a typical Kingman Store rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. If you plan to do a project in Kingman and you can avoid this Home Depot do it you will be happy you did!!!!!

Cahier charged me twice for one item that was on sale for $14.97 but charged regular prices of $24.97. When I went to Customer Service I was given max refund value of $22.47 which wasn't my error but cashiers. I lost $2.50 in refund exchange.

My wife and I moved to Kingman on Mar. 7th, 2020, right in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Lucky for us, we decided to upgrade the home we purchased out in Chaparral Mesa, while living in our RV next to the home (where our two cats resided as well). We repainted most of the interior, bought our new Whirlpool Frig, Dishwasher, Microwave & Stove (gas) from the Home Depot in Apple Valley. However, we exchanged the gas stove for a GE Stove and also purchased an Amana set of washer and dryer. Followed by two water saving toilets, blinds for the entire home, light fixtures for the dining room and Master bath, wood for 5- 4x4 garden boxes that my wife planted a garden. We had a handyman install a Gazebo in the back yard that required extra concrete, electrical work for lighting (all purchased thru your Home Depot, several extra cupboards. as the interior needed more storage space. and my favorite thing was Corian Counters in the kitchen. Also, paint and handles for the kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets. Oh yes, nearly forgot the new stainless kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal along with all new faucets in both bathrooms. Now that we've adopted a new Lab/Border Collie Mix puppy, we'll be back for more fencing to keep him from digging up this years garden!

Last visit was extra nice. The store seems to have more employees and also well trained.. was asked several times if I needed help.

My second home , I love this place!

The ailes were full of displays and hard to navigate. Preformed countertops were poorly stocked and the one I needed was defective.

I know a lot of us ( me included ) spend a lot of time picking on the "big box" stores but this Home Depot ( big box ) seems a bit different. When I'm walking around I am constantly greeted by an employee. Sometimes it's just to say hi if they recognize me or, and I know this will catch some of you off guard, they ask me if I need help with anything. (For the record, I am not a contractor or builder, just a hobby guy) So, yes, big box store employees that actually help you out. On top of that I don't have to wander around the store trying to find an employee that doesn't really want to help me. When I do have a question that an employee can't answer right off they are on the phone for somebody who can. This keeps me coming back.

Item I wanted is special order (shed) but folks involved were huge help. Spent over $4K so must have been satisfied huh?

Well stocked and easy online order pick up. Friendly cashiers and helpful employees. Customers are the rudest people there. The employees are very nice.

I usually end up staying in the car while my husband goes in. This time I enjoyed browsing the garden dept while he got his materials. Teresa the garden cashier was very attentive & friendly! The restroom was also very neat.

The employees working the service desk don't know what they're doing most of the time and will pretend not to see you waiting in line. I spent over a hour returning something and was the only person in line.

I think they are a Great Store!

The workers are pretty cool, especially that one guy named Justin, he's very helpful. He is also quite handsome
