We purchased the Ryobi Stik Vacuum and it has very good suction, and picks up crumbs even in the corners, and groves as the tile meets the wall. Also, it has two accessories - crevice took, and a brush. This product is very nice as we do not need to purchase vacuum bags it has a canister that is emptied.

Was amazed at the time and service received from Jennifer. Wish home depot would have more employees with her customer service skills. In the past i’ve been disappointed with how employees ignore/walk away from costumers, not wanting to help. My suggestion, promotion time for jennifer!

Would like to thank Jacob a cashier for the customer service he provided us during our visit. I would like to address the “head cashier” on duty that her customer service rudeness will be addressed with hire management.

A few days ago I went to Home Depot to purchase some items but not knowing the layout of the store I found a salesman names Leonard that was extremely friendly and helpful

I come here because it’s the closest to my home. I have never ever had a bad or rude experience. The customer service is on point. Especially Cathy in the returns desk b/c sometimes that’s not the funnest errand to return or exchange something but she makes it fun and worry free with her fantastic customer service skills.

We shop at the La Quinta Home Depot at least 3 times a month. We find everything we need for our home improvements. It is close, great prices and employees are always helpful.

Folks managing the store noticed the line at the returns was building up so they opened two new lines. Moved quickly. I then went to find an odd hardware piece (a rubber door stop) and they had it!

I needed an exterior that can be cut down to a custom size. Mark in the lumbar department was extremely helpful. I couldn't have done this w/out his assistance.

I bought the plant food for citrus today. The staff was so helpful. I love shopping in this location more than Alhambra store which is the closest to my primary residence.

I have lived in LaQuinta for over 20 years, & have been able to rely on the Home Depot for all my needs. Excellent store, great employees & merchandise.

Seems customer service in this particular store just gets worse and worse. From the cashiers to the fact you can’t find anyone to help you and have to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up if they show up at all.

Goto Lowe’s down the street...far better service

Had amazing help in the Garden department with Cathy until the next step “costumer service” if you can say that’s costumer service…Mary there was EXTREMELY RUDE not only to myself yet her co-workers! Awful.. awful… awful!!! To say the least! Thankfully a gentleman was there that noticed the situation and offer to get me help at the Pro-desk where I was treated with respect!

Irene offered excellent customer service! She helped me pick kitchen knobs to match my faucet.

The shopping trip went very smoothly and everyone was kind and polite.

I love my neighborhood Home Depot. Been there 3 times this week, and always had what I needed and MORE!!!!

The only thing I would say is that I wish there was more shaded parking. I live close and always use this Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and always take care of me. I also wish there a security after a certain time. I have seen people shoplifting a few times.
