So long story short, my order from Home Depot did not show up on 3 of the scheduled days which placed me close to my deadline for completion. Nyla the assistant store manager at Lacey Home Depot emailed me and called me where she gave me her sincerest apologies and made sure that after the 3rd time it did not show up as scheduled she started contact people to make sure my order would be delivered on June 7,2024. I explained to Nyla that I had for the initial delivery dates rented a hydraulic auger along with hired two individuals which I would be out of that money for. Nyla being the great customer service/represenative for Home Depot provided me with the means to be able to have my two hired helpers along with provided me with the tools necessary to complete my job by the deadline. Though I had to work 14hr days in order to complete the job without Nyla assistance and great customer care, I would have not been able to complete my job and most likely would have stopped using Home Depot as a primary source of my project goods. I wish there was a better way to give Nyla the recognition she deserves other then this review/survery along with some how notify her District manager of what a great Home Depot Representative she is, but I am unsure how to. I hope the DM does see and read this post and give Nyla the recognition she deserves from her management team and HR! She is the reason I will keep shopping at Home Depot. Thank you Nyla and the Home Depot team for your assistance in getting my job completed.

It is almost impossible to shop at this store with the walkways now being used for pallet storage. This being a home improvement store you cannot shop with a cart let alone purchase any large item and get it to the register.

Excellent customer service for picking up an item I had ordered online and for finding a particular bolt needed. Sharlisse was awesome!

I had a store employee alleviate my frustration by putting in an effort to find a product. Kind of her. Good example of "going the extra mile"

You know how making large purchases can be frustrating and more complicated than it has to be… WELL… not this time ! Makaio Martin in the flooring department figured it all out for me and got me from the order to the payment in record time. Very satisfying experience.

The last few times in the store, associates were more concerned with gathering and tlkg to one another than helping customers.

I appreciate the kind employees at Home Depot who take the time to help me when I have no clue where to find what I'm looking for or what I should buy for my problem. All the employees have been willing to go out of their way to take time to show me where to find what I want and help me figure out what is the best solution for me. They also help me learn how to use whatever it is they're selling me, which I really need to know.

Today I went to this location to purchase some plants & gardening type items. So when I entered the store, I turned left to go to the gardening department. after being in the gardening department, for about five minutes, an associate came outside to ask if I needed any assistance. I asked them where the cacti were located at and they directed me to a section near the self checkout stands. I don't think this is an ideal location for plant type items. After spending about 10-15 mins picking out the items, I went to the checkout isle. There were two people in front of me & the cashiers were swapping out. The wait time was short. Once I put my items in the counter, the cashier immediately starting speaking negatively about the company I work for. I had gone in after my shift and was still in uniform. She continued to speak ill through the entirety of the transaction.

I was waiting for the pro desk person as they were on break or busy. Nyla saw me and jumped right behind the counter to help me when I just so happen to be in a hurry.

We brought in a hodge-podge of returns from some remodeling we were doing, and we had used 2 different cards, so we weren't sure what was on which card. Justin was so easy going about the whole thing, and so it was a fun encounter, during what can dometimes be a stressful situation. Justin is an example of a wonderful young person.

Karen in the Pro department was the best helping me order a particular table saw that requires home delivery. She is an example of employee assistance that is the best! She also helped me with future projects that may include a pavement pressure washer rental and planning for a Tuff Shed addition to our location.

Frank and Fred are the absolute best 💜 They help me shop for the things I needed and help me get a vehicle/ truck to haul a massage chair last minute. They're absolutely phenomenal and if home Depot loses them. That would be the worst thing ever

Purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher and 5-year Protection Plan insurance policy via Home Depot, Allstate. Inspected the dishwasher when it arrived - no observed damage upon delivery and unpack. The dishwasher failed upon first use because the plastic middle sprayer assembly had a broken part (OEM PN: 5304506740) causing the sprayer to fall into the lower basket. Allstate would not even listen to our complaint, citing repeatedly it was not a "mechanical or electrical component manufacture or design failure". Two Allstate insurance managers were contacted and would not listen to our description of the problem and the third refused to call me back per my request. The on-line chat session was an exercise in futility and the human agents had heavy foreign accents and were difficult to understand, but they never even allowed me to even describe the symptoms of the failure. I intend to write a thorough letter documenting this debacle, and to think we are (were) Home Depot fans. The in-store experience was pleasant, but the appliance and insurance experience was shameful.

I had to purchase hardware for my cabinet painters early in the morning before they got there. But I have been suffering for a couple weeks with terrible shoulder issues and in a lot of pain. So I was dreading going in, but every time I turned around somebody was ready and eager to help me and got me in and out very quickly. Much appreciated!

It was my first vist to this store location and was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the aisles and the uncluttered overhead and neatly placed stuff inthe aisle’s the people thoughout the store where friendly and helpful especially the cahier Sharesse made sure we got everything and welcomed us back

Had a nightmare of a transaction turned into a pain in the but with the Home Depot CC customer service! After dealing with Nyla one of the managers, I have restored faith that customer service is not a lost art. She was amazing! Thank you!

Listen, I didn’t think I’d be leaving the Home Depot a review either, but here I am. Home Depot and other home improvement stores are generally overwhelming places for people who aren’t in that world such as myself, a 25 year old holistic health girly. However this home depot has my loyalty for the rest of my time living here! Twice now I’ve had amazing help in the lumbar department from two very patient and willing to help men. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing, but I’m trying to learn and Home Depot is forreal supporting that journey for me. This seems like an excessive review for home depot, but due to my first positive experience seeking help to build literally a box as my very first build ever, I felt confident that I could go for something a little more challenging with the help of the Home Depot employees. & I didn’t have this experience at the Home Depot in Olympia where I couldn’t get anyone to help me that day. (Ppl have their days) Anyway, I just hope someone else sees this and thinks “maybe I can build that thing I’ve been wanting” when you get the support of the Home Depot employees. I went in confused and overwhelmed by all the wood and ended up leaving with not only what I needed, but a solid hour of an employee named Stan also educating me through the process. You can build that thing. You don’t need a man to build the things you want. You just need Home Depot :) Xo Home Depot 10/10 for that.

The overall performance was good

Purchased several items today at this store and we were checked out by a cashier named Mariya. She said she was from Ukraine and was one of the nicest cashiers I've had the pleasure of dealing with in any Home Depot. She literally seemed glad that I was a customer, and she thanked me for our purchase, and when I asked her about her accent (I suspected it was Ukranian), she was so willing to share and ask me some questions. I left there feeling so good, and that's quite a feat when I'm spending money to fix something that's broken. Though this Home Depot is not the closest to me, I will be driving to #4742 just in the hopes of being checked out by such a wonderful person.

This is a very nice store.People are nice but I think they are under staffed.
