Cindy at register always recognizes me as a regular customer and has great knowledge of store’s merchandise and where to find it !!

Went in to do a routine return. Was greeted immediately and Emily was very chipper. He processed my return and asked if there was anything else he could help with. That's a first. Went to the lawn department and Bill helped me pick put the parts I needed to fix my Dewalt power washer tht iled only 3 months after purchase. Not very happy with Dewalt, but very happy with Home Depot.

This location is well stocked, the employees are knowledgeable, and it is a pleasure to shop here.

this store has a manager that either has no control of his employees or is just bad at his job.I ordered 9 windows on Jan.10th was told it would be 8 weeks before delivery,on March 21st I went to the store and tried to find out where my windows were,come to find out they were delivered to the store on Jan 31st and were on a cart on the floor just being moved around for 6 weeks only because I came to the store to see where they were..people had to move these windows several time a week to clean and stock shelves and not one employee said anything..

Not good with the internet and this one associate guided me through the process.

They have 4 self checkout stations and only 1 regular check out in the garden department. I was purchasing several items and feel like they are not interested in my business since they have so many self check out. Self check out is great for just a few items but when I have several items I would rather they help.

Lady Lake has a large friendly & knowledgeable staff!

I had a great experience about getting my project come together.

I am a house painter and have a lot of knowledge but occasionally I need a paint question answered regarding the actual product paint, the group of paint mixers are all nice but Diane C. Stands out as she actually teaches me things that would take trail and error , so she helps me make correct paint choices! Plus she is so friendly, it is nice to be thanked for my co to use business!

I will never patronize this store again, after being demoralized by Alex with his comment that “I’m not bypassing policy to save you money” when shown my Military ID (the online registration errored out after I admittedly was reluctant to upload a copy of my Dept of Defense number, much like my SSN, I don’t like to post pictures of this and we’re informed NOT to).

bought a toro blower and i love that it has a power nob that adjusts speed.

Every employee at this location was very helpful. I did not like searching for the paint dept. it’s usually up front.

I enjoy this store due to its easy access using the back roads and avoiding 441. I found some beautiful pansies here on this visit, and a special plant I had not seen in years-- a Venus Flytrap. Checkout was great using self-checkout lanes. Help is usually available if you need it.

Bryan in the paint dept. thanks to you I got all the help I needed, Bryan was very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing and the finish I should use in the areas that were going to be painted, he took his time and explained everything! After going to other type stores I found this store to have a better selection of articles than my other visits to various stores.

Poor leadership and organization. Need to promote guys like Judd to get out of the employees chasing one single customer to support.
