IT'S ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN AND NEAT AND EASY TO LOCATE THE PRODUCTS. I LOVE THE PLANTS AND GARDEN DEPARTMENT AND ALL THE NEWEST SUPPLIES...I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

I have shopped other stores that have departments for handyman items, but just go to Home Depot. They have everything of the home improvement nature but the outstanding aspect of this store is the outstanding assistance provided by their personnel

I recently had an unfortunate shopping encounter at The Home Depot and felt compelled to share my experience. From the outset, it was clear that the store was understaffed, making it challenging to find assistance when needed. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction was the lack of customer care. Despite the apparent busyness of the store, it was disheartening to observe some staff members displaying indifference to customer needs. It felt as if their focus was solely on completing tasks rather than ensuring a positive and helpful shopping environment. During my visit, I encountered difficulty in locating a particular item and had to navigate the aisles without any assistance. When I attempted to retrieve the product myself, I was promptly advised against it by a fellow customer who had a similar experience. Subsequently, a staff member, who identified as new, used a forklift to assist with the retrieval. While I appreciate the help from the newly hired staff member, the overall atmosphere of the store left much to be desired. It became evident that some employees were merely going through the motions, lacking enthusiasm for their roles. It's disheartening to think that a shopping experience is reduced to a transactional interaction rather than a service provided by individuals who take pride in their work. I had hoped for a shopping experience where the staff genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this visit left me with a sense of disappointment and a reluctance to return in the future. I believe that fostering a customer-centric culture and addressing staffing concerns would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience at The Home Depot.

I encountered some strange instructions with a patio table. After THREE abysmal contacts around Home Depot, I reached Chris at Laguna Hills. He exemplifies excellent customer service. When I called the store to let him know his recommendation worked and I was so glad, the person I spoke with said he's always like this. THANK YOU, CHRIS!! No pics, just snaps and cartwheels. (Snap Cup, ha!)

They only have flimsy plastic clear saucers.

I purchased an LG refrigerator with 4" wide french doors, never thinking about the way they opened. It was delivered to a place where I would not be living for several more weeks. Installers could not push the fridge into its space because the baseboard was in the way. By the time I got a handyman to help it was past the 48 hours for exchange. After he removed the baseboard the fridge still could not be pushed back because of the 4" width of the doors. The french doors open out rather than into themselves. Therefore the fridge had to be pulled out close to 7" from the wall in a very narrow kitchen. I was stunned! There was no way I would be able to live with this and it was past the 48 hour policy. I called Home Depot and they had me speak to Russ, the Specialty Dept Supervisor. He was very sensitive, and understanding of my situation. He was going to help me! I went in that afternoon and worked with Ewa, an appliances specialist. She was very concerned I get the right thing for replacement and spent an ample amount of time researching all she could find. She also had a very clear understanding of what to watch for when purchasing various appliances. She was very thorough and found the perfect fit. I cannot tell you what a difference these two people made for me. I am one very grateful customer!

This location is great and happy to have it near me. Even though there is one closer, I always make the extra trip to this location due to their cleanliness and having items in stock. Staff always greets as well.

Wow I am so impressed with the employees at this Home Depot they are all so kind and knowledgeable and if they don’t have the answers they will find someone who can help that has the answers, I especially want to say that the appliance department at this Home Depot is 5 star a wonderful employee named Ewa helped me she is just the best I will do all of my home improvement shopping at Laguna Hills Home Depot …thank you Ewa and all of the kind employees for your help!

Bought my four bedroom house in Laguna Hills, twelve years ago. Been there dozens of times/ always have what I need. I so appreciate that they carry top quality brands, e.g., BEHR Paint, RHEEM hot water heaters, KOHLER toilets, etc., etc.

I can always recommend their products . I mean quality products

Ewa was very helpful during my purchase of a new washer/dryer unit. She was very knowledgeable and shared useful information. Russ was also knowledgeable and friendly with the flooring.

My shopping experience has alway been good due to: great inventory, very clean and organized, friend staff. The plant inventory is great and actually I find every thing I need from A to Z. My shopping experience is always fun. Hope I win the The Home Depot Gift of $5000.00

I have shopped here many times over the past seven years. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to give assistence when needed.

So far, my experience has been much better than I anticipated, based on past experiences with similar stores (or other HomeDepot stores). I'm at the "start" stage of my project and feel confident it will come to completion to my satisfaction; otherwise, I'll post a different review!
