Product said price of floors I purchased at a lower price than what I was charged. Be aware make sure you ask what you will be charged because they won’t match, you will be charged higher even online is cheaper. I was charged $4.39 sq ft. Online states $4.19 sq ft.

I’d like to thank the store manager for the outstanding customer service that all her employees provided me today. Regretting that it would be the 22nd for delivery of my washing machine which is 10 days away.

I bought some items that I wasn’t sure, but you have a very nice staff that are willing to help you and Ms. Lori was a very pleasant person, thank for having a nice staff member

I purchased a plant only because it was on sale, but when it scanned at full price & I brought that to the attention of the cashier, it was shrugged off & I was given an 'Oh well' response. It's bad enough that there aren't enough people to assist, very few cashiers, and then to get attitude that makes you feel as if they don't care whether you're a customer or not, well...I'm not sure I'll be returning.

The Home Deoot in Lake Charles has great attitudes of customer service, inside and out. Particularly Vicki in Appliances, went beyond and assistant we've had! Kudos!

when looking for products to complete a bathroom remodel I've found that this store location has had the largest selection of products available.

I was not sure what kind of stud finder I needed so many to choose from the associated took the time to ask me questions and than Recommended the one I needed for the job Was very patient with me, and all of the associates in the store are very friendly no need to stand around list like other Hardware stores

Walking into Home Depot is so different than most stores around here! Very friendly employees, willing and ready to assist in helping me find what I needed and assisting me through checkout to loading my purchase in my vehicle. If you want customer service at its best, Home Depot in Lake Charles is the place to shop!

I love going to home depot when I wanna work on a project or when I'm bored they answer all my questions and the employees are so friendly. The best place to shop! The parking lot needs to be redone but otherwise fantastic!

For the most part the Home Depot in lake Charles is very pleasant to deal with. Needs to keep the people out of the parking lot begging for work

I recently went shopping for ceiling fans. I found one I liked and was looking for it on display then realized I didn't have a shopping cart. An associate was passing by with an empty one so I asked if could use it. He graciously gave it to me then asked if I needed any assistance. He helped me find the fan on display and on the shelf, then loaded it for me. Very nice man. Wish I had asked his name..

Upon checking out at the Home Depot, Adrianna was simply the best. She was very pleasant and comical and she made the experience very enjoyable. She is such an asset to the Home Depot family.

Adrianna was super helpful and professional. She assisted us with the self checkout and how to download the app for the military discount. Not sure why that process changed because before all we had to do was show our military identification and got the discount.

I bought a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood which the employee cut up into eight pieces according to my dimensions on a drawing. Everything fitted and went together Perfectly when I got back to putting in the project together.

Home Depot always have these light bulbs which cannot be found just anywhere in Lake Charles.....A unique place to shop.

I went into the Home Depot Store recently to purchase some fluorescent bulbs and a sales Rep asked to assist me. He was highly interested to help. He gave me a precise lesson in LED vs FLUORESCENT bulbs and fixtures. This was all new to me. I received a crystal clear lesson that helped me make an intelligent choice to purchase the right product that I needed.

I bought my first Home Depot item as a new home owner October 26th and it was a wonderful experience! The service was fast friendly and professional, I look forward to shopping there for years to come and I know I will get what I need every time with great customer service.
