I purchased the Ridgid Planer and is very happy of the performance. This item will get the job done for any woodworking project.

Absolutely terrible at properly pricing products. Overtime has siphoned a large portion of your money when you’re not paying attention. Please, please, please watch your receipts because the prices rarely match what you see on the shelf at this location whether through neglect of misplacement of materials on shelf. Predatory and unethical location.

We were fortunate to meet Karen as we entered the store. She politely answered our questions about the product we wanted to buy. She then walked us to the product, gave us some excellent input on it, and then checked us out. Karen also helped me download the Home Depot APP which resulted in a $5 coupon to use later. Just great service. All employees we passed in the aisles spoke politely. I will return to this store soon.

Every time I go here it doesn't matter if it's plumbing electrical garden center hardware regardless The people here are so helpful and informative I always come out happier and more informed than I go in I love this store

If you shop the North Lakeland, Florida store, AVOID an associate named JERI at all costs. She has no customer service skills, and will prove just how uninterested in assisting you she is. Other associates around the store are much better, just AVOID JERI.

The last few times I’ve visited the garden center, I’ve been greeted by Margaret. She’s kind, hard working and makes each visit so special. She is the best thing about my visits to this store and I look forward to interacting with her each visit.

Toni, Karen and Tamiko were of great assistance throughout my visit to this location.

Went in to purchase a window unit a/c. Walked all over, could not find them. I was passed by 12 different employees that gave no acknowledgement at all. I stood beside one who was talking to another employee while I pulled up their site on my phone trying to locate it. Wouldn't give me location. I called the store, was patched through to appliances. I stood just a few feet away as we talked on the phone, she never noticed. She told me the location number, aisle and bay, and said it would be on the back wall. Walked the back wall again, passed by again, nothing. Gave up went to customer service and the woman seemed annoyed that I was annoyed, but glorious sunshine! there was another young woman there who heard it and she knew they were right up front (not back, front) and she took me there, loaded it in my cart, even followed to the register and called for someone to help load it in my car. Cashier also very nice. The loader, never showed. I shimmied it into my car myself. I was stunned. I just wish I had gotten the name of that sweet girl at customer service. She deserves a raise. But after that, I will not be back.

This is my favorite store the people are always take care of us, friendly and helpful.

I bought spill absorbent and cleaning supplies at this location and received amazing customer service with Frank. I called about a spill issue and he not only found my product I would need but also had the product waiting at the register so I could check out and get back to my spill in time! Margaret was at the register and also gave me A+ customer service. They both were very friendly and professional. I will choose this location over any other in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Everytime I Go in the Store Someone is Always saying welcome or hello and when i need Help they will help me or get someone else to help me telling me which way to go but a lot of the workers know me and i like that to Keep Up The Great Job!!!!!!

We bought multiple boxes (heavy) tiles to finish our flooring in our future retirement home. Steve and Will of the flooring dept. Stood out with their help to measure, find inventory, load and unload tiles for my disabled husband and myself. Great teamwork and not afraid to work! Excellent customer service.! Will be back to this store.

I wish I win I want to buy lawn mower but I can't afford

I mostly purchase garden items such as plants for my butterfly garden. They have a good variety of plants that attract butterflies. Prices are good. And I appreciate the fact that they don't usually put Insecticide on their plants.

Home Depot will be our "Go To" store for all our home improvement needs. Plenty of staff to help with questions, products, check out and loading. The Customer Service is first rate!
