This has got to be the worst home store in Lancaster. None of the staff could help me find items. Once I found them they were empty.

Two employees went out of their way to get my product which was stored on a top shelf. They could not have been kinder, more helpful and more professional.

GEORGE IN THE PAINT DEPT PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE, HE DID A GREAT JOB COLOR MATCHING A PAINT FOR ME

Went to get paint. George helped me choose the paint I needed for the job. Kyle had it ready when I finished my shopping. All the employees were very nice and helpful.

even though the item i was looking for was not in stock, i had 3 different people help me find the answer to my issue

I asked at the customer service area about a Home Depot product that was only available online. The woman at the desk helped me order it, offered to update my information on their computer system in the process, and was extremely pleasant and patient.

People were knowledgeable and very helpful in taking us to what we were looking to find.

I came in for a can of paint. Jack was the guy at the paint counter. He was the only employee there at the time. I brought up the base gallon of paint for him to mix and He said that he was getting me a different gallon as this one looked tinted. He. Had several customers requesting his attention at the same time ( sometimes us customers.can be rude) but he did not get flustered, but was patient and polite with each one. I was impressed. I would like to give a shout out to Kyle in the paint department. During my most recent visit he greeted me within seconds and offered his assistance. It was clear he knows a lot about the products he is selling and provided excellent advice. I am confident that I purchased the right products for the job.

Kyle in the paint dept. went over and beyond with his customer service. I really appreciated him.

Patty, the customer service associate, made our exchange easy. She was pleasant, helpful, and competent .

Carmen in appliances helped us so much with finding and setting up our laundry set delivery and purchase. She was very informative and thourough!
