When shopping at home depot, they are very helpful and that's so important plus knowledgeable about their department. That's my go to store.

I know that more cheerful and helpful associates will ALWAYS be available at Home Depot which is one of the main reasons I shop there almost weekly. There to help me find items and to checkout when I have many small items. I just wish other customers would NOT move items around to places where they do not belong, especially in the fasteners section, nuts and bolts. This morning there were four associates sorting fasteners and putting them back into the slots where they belong!

Unfortunately, I have to come into this Home Depot all the time, there are never happy employees here that will be genuinely caring and nice to you. I believe they have such a Work load and the managers push them so hard just like any retail store that customer service come second or third in their book..

Didn't have what I needed, took them an hour to figure it out so I could go elsewhere.

Home Depot generally has what I need, when I need it. I am retired, and there are some items that are marked down, and I can spend discretionary funds to get some bargains.

Came in the store. Didn't have to look far for an employee to help. We actually found two. And both were very helpful. Then when checking out our cashier Michelle was very patient and diligent in getting me signed up for a new card of which I saved $25.00. Whee was more concerned about my wait time then I was. Always very good customer service at my store.. thanks again to all

I bought a Garage Fan that mounts on the wall, i had it installed and wired and now on hot days i turn it on and cools the garage, the motor is quiet and is the best thing i've done for my garage
