I have been going to the same Home Depot daily for years and never had a problem returning items I lost the receipt for in exchange for store credit but suddenly on 6/11/22 I was refused my return. They state it’s due to a policy change but there was no notice anywhere near any checkout to warn customers or anything. I think it would be fair if they at least gave costumers a one time courtesy so they know for the future without being penalized. Also to make the policy change well known to costumers.

BEWARE OF RATS IN THIS STORE

The company that runs this section, should consider marking the indoor plants that are dying down instead of throwing them away. There are plenty of plant moms and dads that love to save plants and bring them back to life. They also overwater the plants, which creates diseases

I needed to get a replacement light switch for my kitchen. Having no clue about light switches I called my brother. He told me what to get. I go to Home Depot am I am facing an aisle full of light switches. None that I could see had the distinction that my brother told me to look for. I looked up and saw my savior walking towards me. He helped me find what I needed and even verified it was the correct item but y asking me a few questions.

The store is neat and clean. The associates are friendly and helpful, and most of all, this store has “ALEX!” I’m going back - just to need him to help me again! Lol! He was awesome!

Most employees are super helpful. Two weeks ago a gentleman in lumber spent 15 mins trying to help me find a product listed in stock. Some are not knowledgeable enough to help, eg paint counter. you never know who you’ll encounter. But if you need paint, be aware that you might need to visit another location or come back when someone else who knows how to mix is on duty.

Darryl and Heather were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I think they are great assets to the home Depot.

Their website showed they had 5 boxes of the plumbing item that I need. There were none at the 3 locations I went to. They had plenty of individual items that were priced at twice the cost of the box. They wouldn’t sell the 30 single piece at the cost of the box set even when they couldn’t find them in the store.

Always friendly, neighborhood type feeling in a big box atmosphere.

The check out associate was very courteous and helpful. The cashier that was so helpful and courteous was Leesa.

We went to look at storm doors after they were measured. Our salesman, Josh, was very knowledgeable about the doors they had. He did not try to pressure us into any sale but took his time explaining the different features in the different doors. After hearing what was avilable we placed our order for two replacement storm doors.

Customer service stinks...no one ever around to help you in the asiles...Manager needs alot more training in people skills!!!

LaCiya (sorry if I misspelled) was helpful. She recognized that we needed help even when it wasn’t her department. Stacy at the front end on the other hand, was rather embarrassing. When LaCiya had no customers she came over to keys to help the group of us waiting. In the few moments she was helping us a few customers had walked up to pay. Suddenly Stacy comes up, didn’t see LaCiya helping us and decided to yell at the top of her lungs for cashiers. Then she proceded to bad mouth her follow cashiers. I believe she made LaCiya feel bad for coming to help us. In my five years working for HD, from cashier up to supervisor, that would have never been accepted. So thank you LaCiya for helping us and stay kind.

Used to be good here. I’m not sure what happened. There’s trash outside in the parking lot. And the employees don’t seem happy and don’t seem to want to help.

I frequently shop at this store and have always had a good experience with every aspect of my shopping trips. I have been especially pleased with the cashiers I have dealt with recently.
