This store is by far the best - while your HD stores are all good, the HD store on Ulmerton Road, Largo FL is the best - best staff, easy access. Never a disappointment

We bought several kitchen appliances and Bill Braithwaite was the absolute BEST!! He was SO kind and made this purchase smooth and easy :)

Went to the self check out slide about 2 ft due to sand on the floor it kept my balance and the elderly lady working the self checkout yells out that’s why you shouldn’t wear flip flops. Really!!

I had to fix an error I made at self check-out and Sheree at Customer Service was awesome! She fixed it quickly and explained the whole process.

Worked with Joan in Largo to build out our dream kitchen. She flexed with every curve ball we threw at her. HD is not the cheapest for kitchen cabinets, but working with her was the quality difference between other cabinet showrooms. Wait in appliances was too long, over 15 minutes and nobody showed up when I was told they would. It was lunch time though 12:15pm, so ok. Plumbing employee was rude and gave me the wrong part with checking it or telling me how to install an inline copper valve.

We had a customer's inoperable pocket door all the way dismantled and ready to install the new parts... so off to home depot we go! Unfortunately none of the Home Depot's in our area had the Johnson 100 PD pocket door replacement track kit. So I went to the app. The app said the Tampa store had 3 on hand so I tried and tried to call the Tampa store but could never get a live person. So I went to my Largo home depot and went right to Sheree at customer service. She went above and beyond waiting on hold a very long time with the Tampa store until finally she reached someone that could confirm that they did have what I needed and would put it at the customer service desk so that I didn't drive 36 miles round trip and come back to the job empty handed. I sincerely appreciate the high level of customer service that I always receive at my Largo Home Depot & from Sheree!! YES! We Finished the job!! Great Thanks to Sheree & Our Largo, FL Home Depot! home depot has large selection of electrical outlets from old style to modern style

Recently I damaged my dishwasher and had to purchase a new one. Due to the situation in our Country right now, inventories are very low. However, the Home Depot had several dishwashers to chose from. I very happily selected a model and it was delivered and hooked up by knowledgeable employees. Very pleased with purchasing experience.

Sheree...new employee I think 2 weeks. She gave me exceptional service when I had to return an online item. Sheree called for someone to bring me a new sink and honored my request to open the box and inspect each item. She was friendly, helpful and offered to get me assistance outside. An online purchase gone bad was made right in the store. This is why I prefer shopping in person because of associates like Sheree.

I`ve visited this store several times, never enough employees in the store: always having to look for help no matter the department you're in. Despite that, i visited the same store on Sunday, very few employees in there in my opinion. I was wanting a cordless drill and didn't know much about them. One of the employees to the time to provide great customer service and made sure i was taken care of before leaving the store. I was really impressed with the service i received for that guy. Didn't think to get his name but im going back there just to make contact with him and let the store manager and the corporate office know what a great employee that guy is and the service he provided. it`s because of him that i'll return. I RATE THIS GUY EXCELLENT

The person helping us knew the product, the process, and got us in and out even on a weekend. We didn't want to spend hours just trying to purchase some appliances. Big thank you! I'm not supposed to say names, but the rep was incredible, a veteran and a coach.

This man great salesperson at Grill area he is amazing professional and he helped me to buy my Grill so easy providing me details and tips to handle to install and BBQ today and I really bought it just because this man was great as he can be.

Everyone was very helpful in helping me find what I need to achieve the best result for my project. And Chania cared enough to point out a pricing issue she thought I should be aware of that was most appreciated!! And she was very helpful in my getting a VA discount which I always forget.

Always someone available to help. Workers are friendly and helpful. I have only had one rude worker at this store and he didn't want to help because it was close to quitting time. Made a rude comment and walked away.

Many of the employees have been there a long time. They are like a family store. I can ask a lot of people for help, paint dept, plumbing, elec and hardware dept always are exceptional. I deal with these depts the most. Also the returns dept employees are always helpful.

To the guy with the star earring, thank you so much! You helped me with a pipe cutting issue I was having and that silly little tool you showed me was perfect and easy to use at home! Thank you!

I was purchasing a large mirrored medicine cabinet. A worker helping me load it onto a cart noticed it sounded like something inside was broken. He opened the box & the mirror was shattered. He & other workers went out of their way (closed the aisle, went up on a lift) to try to find me another one, but couldn't find one. Then another worker walked me to Customer Service & stayed with me while they helped me order one for pickup at another store. He also found a manager who know how to apply a discount card I received in the mail to both my in-store purchases & the pickup order. They were all VERY friendly & helpful.
