NORBERT, GILBERT, ANDREA, ADRIAN, NORMA, AND A HANDFUL OF OTHERS CARRY THIS ENTIRE STORE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IM IN THIS STORE SOMETIMES 7-10 TIMES A DAY AN VERY FEW EVER GREET PEOPLE BUT THEM. AN OR ARE EAGER TO HELP PEOPLE. EACH AREA SHOULD HAVE THE SHELVES FRONTED AN STOCKED WITH BACKSTOCK BEFORE THE END OF EACH SHIFT AN OUTAGES CLEARED FROM INVENTORY BEING WRONG, SELF CHECKOUT SUCKS NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE. NO ONE WANTS TO CHECK THEMSELVES OUT, AN EMPLOYEES RUNNING CASH REGISTERS ARENT TRAINED ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE THEY SCAN EACH SKU BECAUSE IT MAY LOOK THE SAME BUT ISNT WHICH LEADS TO INVENTORY BEING OFF, AN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO LOOK ITEMS UP, YOUR LOOKUP SHOULD BE SIMPLER AN IT CLEARLY IS NOT ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE EVEN LOOKING AT. AND YOU HAVE A LOT OF THEM. THE LOADING ZONE BEING BLOCKED OFF, COMPLETELY ME OFF, FIX YOUR PARKING LOT TO ACCOMODATE BIGGER TRUCKS AN TRAILERS WITH ANGLED PARKING.

I went to buy glow and the dark paint and I couldn’t find it. I asked an employee named Pat about it and he impressed me by finding it right away and then asked if there was any else I needed. That impressed me and I will be returning to the paint area to shop. The second employee Jessica actually went looking for the barcode for a plant I bought. She was nice and didn’t seemed put out. Stores should have more employees like that to ease the shopping experience.

I had a difficult list but received the best service! Richard T has great customer service skills and was very helpful. Gerald, the cashier, was very polite and nice.

Refrigetator ! I am exicited about my frige. Be here tomorrow.

I go to this store very frequently, and today, like most days were awesome. Thanks Adrian for going above and beyond. The store had received a truck to unload so therefore, staff was shorted, and he helped me, when I know that wasn't his department. Thank you again!

I need lumber, all kinds of lumber. However, cost prohibits this sometimes due to constraints of those I try to assist. I may have to locate the appropriate materials over time, but without fail I can always count on my local Home Depot, or the one I am visiting to have lumber I am looking for or may soon need at a price that meets or exceeds my "fixed income" clients need and/or budget. Thank you Home Depot!

Josh Pogash in the flooring department is awesome! Bought a house full of vinyl plank flooring and he made it easy and smooth. Best Home Depot experience ever!

I shopped the paint department and was walked down the aisles as a young lady name Raquell explained the different types of paint that was available, as well as describing what each paint would be more ideal for. She was the most helpful associate I ran into inside this store in a very long time! She’s super sweet and very helpful! I didn’t purchase my paint in the store, since I was only comparing prices but Raquell was wonderful!

If I can’t find something, the customer reps are helpful.

I live in Marlo and Lawton Home Depot is my store I always have a good experience there and all of the associates are very kind and consider it in helping especially Lisa in customer service

Everybody is always so helpful. I love this place.

This store has declined in customer service over the last few years. There is only one register manned. If you use self checkout you cannot use your tax exempt card. Employees had no desire to help out the customers that were waiting in line.

Home Depot may not be your best choice. Are used to enjoy shopping at Home Depot until they made me download their app and use a special whatever it’s called to check out for my military discount. I’m a 71-year-old disabled Vietnam veteran and I detest smart phones and cell phones. I am a quill and ink person in a digital world. Lowe’s, Sutherlands, Comanche lumber all they need is my phone number they punch it in and it comes up with my military discount and sales tax exemption. Personally I’m too old for all this BS. If you think it’s worth it go right ahead.

I went to Home Depot Wednesday with a complicated purchase for our school's upcoming play. The staff, especially Gabrielle and Rose, reduced the stress related to this visit to 0 AND had me smiling ear-to-ear when I left. I hate feeling like I've wasted time shopping, and with a tight play schedule, I can't afford it. These ladies handled the online element, the in-store element and the future pick-up with speed and care. They anticipated my needs, found my materials and promptly rounded up help to load it. Employees like this make all the difference, and the ease of the experience will make me choose Home Depot every. single.time. PLUS I came out under budget because the prices were so great! Home Depot made my whole afternoon better.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to nationwide! Karribean at the front, Gerald at reruns, and Bobby in paint were all so helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in Karibbean was quick to ask me if I need help finding where to go and very sweet and sociable, then when I went to paint department Bobby was super helpful finding the right paint for me and extremely attentive, and when I went to check out Gerald was immediate to call me over and ring me up being very kind and friendly. I’m very impressed with this staff at this Home Depot!

I had brought a few cans of older paint with the hopes that it could be matched. I went to another hardware department store, and was told it couldn't be done. However, when I went to the Lawton Home Depot they said they would certainly give it a try! And they did it, and they matched it perfectly!!!

Our cashier Valerie was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. This is the kind of friendly customer service that keeps me coming back. I also appreciate the 10% military discount.

Always great customer service at this Lawton, OK location. I also appreciate the military discount. I would like to see this Home Depot location add Purple Heart/Combat Wounded parking spaces in their parking lot. I can provide them for free to the store manager.
