Happy to have been helped by store staff for a recent plumbing purchase

The overall experience of selecting cabinets for our total kitchen remodel was made easy and very effective for the space we have. We purchased custom cabinets that are beautiful and very functional !!!

They dumped my washing machine in my garage and left because they were too scared to turn a wrench and install it. I had the slightly rusted connections off a few minutes after they left. No help from the store or appliance delivery service. ZERO customer service.

My husband and I have been searching for flooring for awhile and discovered Home Depot flooring. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Cheyenne not only answered all of our questions but stayed with us from the time we entered the flooring department until we completed our visit. However, this is not how we found our visits to other local flooring stores.

I know I get good deals at Home Depot and paying my bill is never a bad experience because I know the value of what I bought and I also know that Home Depot backs up the product you purchase. Nice variety of products as well.

Recently bought out a house in country east of Lee's Summit and have been going to this Home Depot #3026 for months - we joke it is our other home - it is always a great experience with friendly helpful people, sometimes needs more staff, but love people like Rick Turney and Shannon the store manager.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good selection and prices. We purchased items for our backyard deck, new trimmer, new lawnmower, and a firepit. Cara & Ron were very helpful !!!

The employee working in the plumbing section had a terrible attitude and didn't want to assist my 65 year old father with finding faucet screws. He acted like doing his job was an annoyance and pointed to the wall and said here are the cartridges etc. He told my father that you dont carry faucet screws. I came over and helped my father find the exact item that your employee with a terrible attitude had told him you don't have. Your male employee in plumbing should find a different job. The girls upfront at the checkout were great and very helpful.

If you are a contractor or working professional, you should investigate Home Depot’s Pro Services. Beside some financial benefits, the extra level of derive and care is well worth signing up.

It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help me with loading mulch. I am a 76 year old woman and I cannot lift those big bags. I had to ask to have somone come and load them for me and they acted like they would do anything rather than help. And they didn't even to know how to read the ticket. I wanted 4 bags they thought I wanted 11. Plus they never said hello and when I thanked them they just walked off. They need to be fired or retrained!

Like I wrote in my survey employees In garden Dominic and Jackie dress code needs to be address. My husband couldn’t look at the flowers for looking at the shorts both girls had on. Both knew my husband was looking at them too. Taking turns bending over so my husband could look at their butts and they were laughing at us because we were arguing about him looking at them. Why didn’t anyone look at what these girls had on clocking in? What going on at this store?

Don't expect help. And expect to be wrong when you say something. Take pictures. Trust me.

As we build a home for the first time I can not imagine how challenging it would be without the people we have met at Lee's Summit Home Depot! We have not used every department yet but all of the ones we have do not disappoint! The attention to customer assistance is remarkable in this store! Good products in stock. We find what we need! Clean store with friendly, helpful employees!

Good store and service

When arriving at the store (Lee's Summit), the order could not be found. Once found, it was missing two (2) coupling pins and one of the ladder rungs was bent, obviously hit. When asking if I could take two sections of a three stage scaffolding which is sold through the store, I was told that it was take all or none. They could not help me. I was also told that the store could NOT offer a discount on the damaged / missing items. I could however reorder but there was no stock available. Very disappointed as it now has cost me another week and I will have to purchase elsewhere.

April 9th, 2021 - I went to store around 5:15 pm. Only 2 people were in the Garden area. I was there for 12 bags of mulch that is on sale. I was told where to find it. Only found 2 bags left. I went to the cashiers to get the other 10 bags. I was told that one cashier wasn't old enough to drive forklift. The lady cashier said they had more but didn't know where it was. I was sold the 2 bags and left steaming. Several other people were there for the same item. There couldn't even point me to where the skids were at in the parking lot to get it myself. Not sure if they want satisfied customers

They had what I needed at a great price. Very Handy location. Love the self check-out.

The associates were friendly and offered helpful home improvement guidance even outside the areas where they were assigned. For example, an employee in the lumber area offered me excellent advice on possible causes and solutions to fix a problematic light switch electrical problem at my home which I had described. Also, my cashier went above and beyond just ringing up the merchandise I was purchasing, and suggested I look at a more cost-effective wood that would be more suitable for an outdoor garden planter project, which I did, and it basically put money back in my pocket!

Plenty of good products at competitive prices. Great employees in here! Thank you for all the assistance!

Store was well-stocked and orderly. Employees were eager to assist in any way possible. Plenty of employees and I didn’t have any problems finding someone to assist me. Employees were knowledgeable and polite.
