Purchased $100.00+ merchandise. Showed the cashier my Veterans ID. He acknowledged my ID. He failed to give me my discount. Will give second thought driving 55 miles one way to this my nearest HD.

We were looking for lighting, carpet and flooring. We spent about an hour and half in light picking lights & Fans, it took so long due to stock shortage and the lack of help. We went to appliances to compare pricing and to look at flooring and met Dottie, shining light in a sea of associates who look passed you. She answered every question and went over and above in helping in checking us out with all our purchases, if I could have a private Home Depot supper it would be dottie. Mr. R L Branum in plumbing was so helpful and made me feel I was important as a customer! He was patient and listened to what I was trying to make and helped me through the entire process! Good job Mr. R L Branam!

Do not ever plan to shop in any Home Depot again. Was not provided with necessary help or explanations after I purchased over 2000 dollars of appliances. Not refunded properly and manager of dept told me “I’m doing you a favor “ by taking back item never put in home

The Worker Dottie helped us so much on this trip to Home Depot. She was so friendly, nice paitent, and very knowledgeable

To Loudon community. Stop going to different stores, wasting gas money looking for items for your home. Go to Home Depot, get a cart or two and everything that you could imagine to beautify your home is in this one store. If you don't believe me ask me and I will show you my receipts. ONE STOP! ONE SHOP! I promise you that you will be satisfied!!!!! From the first greeting when you go in to your shopping experience and the overwhelming politeness of each exemplary employee. This is service with a smile!!!

Everytime we come to home depot, we have always felt welcome. The store is always clean and have what we need. The employees always say hello no matter what department we are in. We have never had a bad experience. My husband is a talker and joker, and when we are in the store, he always talks with the employees and jokes with them and they will give it back to him! Haahaa Good going employees.(Clapping my hands) This is all in fun! You all are the best!!

This store is just as good as other Home Depots. They take care of your needs and make sure your needs are met. There were two employees that definitely didn't shine as bright as the others though. There was an employee that was more interested in taking to friends or acquaintances than us. He had tons of badges hanging off of hi vest and one said he had been in the military. He got kind of upset that he had to leave his friend to actually do his job and help a customer. He actually made a snide comment that he had to go help someone and not be able to finish his talk with friends. It took us a bit of time to even get him to acknowlege we were there.But, once he got away from his friends he was helpful.Then, Ray was EXTREMELY helpful with finding our other products that we were looking for. He went above and beyond. Lastly, the cashier was more interested in whatever was on some paperwork that the cashier next to her was talking to her about, than ringing us up and talking to us. Not, the best interaction at a Home Depot. But, we still over all had a good and successful trip to Home Depot.

The entire staff was fantastic. The front service desk went above and beyond on multiple trips to help out my family. I can't speak highly enough about this store, the employees and most of all the service desk.

don't like the price hikes because there is more demand for products you were staying in business and making profit without such high increases in prices! Makes it hard for average home builders to be able to realize dreams for a new home or poor to afford anything. Associates were very friendly but that doesn't help people to be able to afford products!
