Horribly rude customer care.

New to Lexington and Linda made me feel right at home in the Depot Great, friendly attitude, knew store like the back of her hand. Great with suggestions Thanks

The associate that met my wife and I as we entered the front door/Entrance was very friendly and helpful in directing us to the section of the store we needed. I believed his name was Mr. Ira Brown.

The employees at this particular store are very helpful and for the most part know their product lines and able to recommend what is needed for my projects.

This store is far superior to other big box stores-plenty of help and employees are always friendly.

Helpful staff, friendly cashiers, clean store, well stocked

The store was clean and well stocked. ALL the associates were patient and professional. I was pleased to see diversity within the store associate team members as well as the customers shopping in the store today. Being an African American that's is important to me. I like knowing I am shopping in an establishment that is inclusive.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I had placed an order and after confirming order was at store to pickup I drove an hour one way only to not get my order. they didnt want to take the time to get my already paid for items. I ask for a manager after the clerk was having problems pulling my order up on the computer. the manager approached me will an attitude. He didnt even bother looking for my order. his response was that I could take some off of the self and repay for the product. If Home Depot has managers like this all over, how are they still in business? I will not shop Home Depot again.

We received excellent help in the appliance dept by clerk TXS318. She was well versed on appliances. Sorry, I am terrible on remembering names!

My shopping experience was great. CHuck, in flooring was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. the Installers were TERRIBLE, and though I had paid an additional amount to move exercise equipment, they refused to move it. Were also bothered by pillows on a couch. GOsh, can you imaging, four of them? I had seen the bad reviews of the installers, and had cut back on my carpet order to try it out, and lo and behold, the reviews were correct. Lost my brother and last THursday was funeral and having insulting, demeaning installers did not help one bit. I am in business too and say: The customer is not always right, but they are the customer. Oops, not with ROmanov's the installer. I would give Chuck a 5, the installers 0. Averaged to 2.5 not a choice, rounded to 3.

Employees need to be trained on where merchandise is located. Asked two employees where bead board paneling was and sent to wrong place twice. Cashier was not friendly at all

Terry in home appliances was very helpful and sensitive to the Coronavirus issue. She was also very knowledgeable.

This is the best Home Depot location in town. The customer service is wonderful and the staff is friendly.

Great experience. I went in knowing what I needed. But, had the good luck to have an employee intercept me on the way to plumbing and ask what I needed help with. Also, the cashier was particularly nice and outgoing. It was a good enough experience to make me take the time to complete a survey and write this.

Top of line and quality merchandise! Great selection as well, along with customer service that exceeds expectations! Always find what I’m looking for and look forward to coming back again!

Have shopped at this store ever since it opened. Never have had any negative issues to report.........always great service even from management.

I found all the products I was looking for. Fred Lisanby at the pro desk was very helpful. No matter what I was looking for, he knew where it was located and could advise me about it. It was not only this one visit but while in town I shopped at this store 3 or 4 times and every time was a good experience. I would shop here every time I'm in town.
