Exceptional customer service, I was acknowledged even while the employee was helping someone else. The associates that helped me with my re-model project was knowledgeable, and helped with product choices and cost. I was assisted every step in my process. The store was clean, and I found everything I came there for, with the exception of one item, and the associate found it on line, got it ordered, and shipped to my home.

The store was neat and being stocked for Christmas! The associates in customer service and the paint counter were very helpful!

I decorate homes. I shop at this store for most of my paint and painting supplies. I use Home Depot because Behr Paint is good quality, and yet reasonably priced. I live in Trimble, MO so I have my choice between the St. Joesph, Tiffany Springs, Liberty, and Gladstone Home Depot Stores. I prefer the Liberty location because the paint folks there are QUICK and KNOWLEDGEABLE! The other paint departments always seem dead compared to the Liberty store and I think I know why. Sarah and the tall lady are my go to people for those questions I can't find an answer to online. The guy with the glasses is a speed demon and always gets me in out when I'm in a hurry. By far my preferred paint store.

Rotten customer service in the tool rental/repair shop. Told me 3 days to diagnose a very simple thing and it turns out it will be 2.5 weeks! Never going back!

Awesome Plumbing Department Associate Jeff Klepper helped with understanding, what to buy, and how to use the tools I bought to install a bathroom with of PEX plumbing and fittings. You need plumbing help, seek out Jeff Klepper.

If you see Veronica is a cashier use her line she is the absolute best in this store. there was another lady that was really really good I can’t remember her name she’s really short and they said that she moved to another store and she was the best when it came to buying tools.

store was very clean and stocked well. I felt very comfortable shopping at this location with the safety measures there taking for covid. Customer service is always 100% outstanding evedytime i visit this location! I can tell they have great management and staff running that store! Keep up the great job!

Appliance associate was very helpful however her positive interaction is overshadowed by the cashier staff on duty when I asked for simple assistance. The cashier staff tonight will prevent me from patronizing this store going forward.

I worked with Teresa in the Tile dept. to take on my first tile project.. She was very knowledgeable and took me through the entire process of everything I would need for products and supplies and what I would need to do to complete my project. She never once made me feel like she was needed some place else. She stayed with me until my questions were all answered. I highly recommend.

The employees were friendly and helpful. It was a clean environment. The employees seemed very knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked into the Liberty, MO. Home Depot, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. This world needs much much more of this. Both employees were eager to help me in finding the tools I needed and again were super kind and great to work with.

I do most of my shopping for home improvement and lawn and garden supplies at the Home Depot near Liberty, MO. I find the people there very friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and I am able to find everything I need when I go there. I also appreciate their attitude towards the military active and veterans.They also support certain charities that makes me proud of them. I recommend this store to everyone for their home improvement and lawn and garden supplies.

The store was understaffed during peak hours. They were out of multiple common items that I needed, specifically the milkwork and door hardware areas. Checkout took neatly 10 minutes with myself and one other person in line. The two of us joked about how bad it was until one of us spoke up out of frustration. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here, unfortunately.

Well laid out, super helpful employees and overall great customer service. Also store was adequately stocked with all the items, tools we needed. This location is a great Home Depot!

Horrible customer service in the paint department! Obviously the male and female working had no desire to be at work or help customers! Second time I’ve had problems with the same employees! Definitely a poor representation of the company and definitely persuaded me to go to their competitors stores!

Very unpleasant employees

asked 3 different people for help finding something. They all told me where it was located. Waisted time in trying to find it then had to waist more time in finding someone to get it down. Very bad customer service including management.

This store is a little farther than the other two nearer to my house but I have found they are consistently accessible and more knowledgeable. A really good store.

The Liberty Home Depot is a great place to pick up anything you need for home repair. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were able to find everything we needed to make unexpected repairs for our bathroom, and at a very reasonable price. Will continue to shop here in the future.

The srtor is very easy to shop in and the employee are very helpful with finding the products most useful for what you need.

Highly knowledgeable employees who are incredibly well-versed in every aspect of home improvement along with exemplary customer service by such employees as "Olivia." A truly inspiring place to shop for everything from your smallest needs to your largest needs!!!

For flooring,I recommend Tresa Orr. She is patient, informative, knowledgeable with a good sense of humor
