We recently visited this store to pick up an item ordered, and the ladies in the customer service department were all so very helpful and nice. They went out of their way to help us and answered questions we had. Ellis was very eager to help and very attentive. We need more friendly faces like theirs in retail!

This is my favorite Home Depot Location. The store is organized and well stocked. The employees are especially friendly and helpful at this location. I highly recommend!

Needed help finding an item and the employees located the box it was in, and opened it and gave me exactly what I needed. Friendly and cooperative by all!!

Partner in Appliances was well informed and helpful. Leaving the store, a partner asked if I needed help with the microwave, getting it in my vehicle. Two wonderful young men helped with the loading. All were very interested in providing good customer service.

Stephanie in returns was particular rude learn not to roll your eyes at customers. I will not give this store my companies business again.

Left some stuff behind at the counter and did not realize until the next day. I went back to see what could be done, the cashier had turned in my items and I was able to retrieve what I had paid for. Great customer service

When garden center says closes at 6 p.m. but the close and leave at 5:45. So you parked down here thinking that you can run in real quick, Wrong. Now you have to go to other end of store to the self check out while you watch employees standing around.

Make sure if you check our with a military discount to not use the garden department, their outside computer is malfunctioning and does not recognize the bar code in the app. Worked just fine inside the store. Sherrie was awesome and made sure we were taken care of, walked us to a supervisor for checkout assistance.

Nothing I have to say matters, except, go see Divina if you need an appliance. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had, and I am old!

My hubby and I went in to the Selma, Tx Home Depot to check out and purchase a microwave and a trim kit. Unfortunately, there were none in stock that fit our bill, so we had to order same with an employee. Tanashati helped us find just what we needed. She was friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. She made our trip a little brighter. Her sweet smile was contagious!

We have had helpful people when we need them. Parking for handicap is not sufficient. I am a handicap Veteran and I need help. State law states 1 for every 9 regular and closest to entrance to help handicap maneuver.

Plenty of items on stock for what we needed.

Brandon from lawn and garden is knowledgeable of the products and willing to take time to explain the products in his area.
