Had many good shopping experiences at the Lockport 1268 Home Depot store

Called to verify an item in stock . Alexis from Seasonal Area not only found items , that were moved from her area to the discontinued section, but put them aside while I made the trip . Kudos to Alexis for a great job !

I bought tile for my kitchen backsplash. The help I received from a home depot employee was impeccable

Employee was given the dimensions that I needed to be cut well got home and they were wrong had to recut myself

Janyne helped me find what I need and was very thorough!

The last time I got a ceiling fan and it works real nice

We walked in to a clean and organized store. We were not sure where everything on our list was. Each staff member we encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful as to where we needed to go. We found everything on our list with the help of your employees. Our peg board was cut with precision to our measurements and he was was very friendly and knows his job well. Our cashier was very knowledgeable as well, along with being friendly and knows her job as well. Very pleasant shopping experience and will always use the Lockport location. They all deserve a raise as in this day and age, most employees are only at work to receive a paycheck. The Lockport staff is there because they enjoy their job and love helping others. ♥️

Moved a few years back from Lockport but still make it a point to go to the Lockport Home Depot. Have been to the other locations, but Lockport is so much more personable and helpful!!

We do a lot of shopping at this particular Home Depot and have spent too much money (ha ha), but I will have to say that this has been the best customer service we have ever received. We needed help getting a flowerpot that was out of reach and the young man was courteous and prompt in helping us! We were looking for a certain type of inflator and the associate actually sent us in the right direction to exactly where it was stocked!! And finally, Janyne at the self-checkout was incredibly nice and helpful when an item we were buying would not scan properly.

This was my first time visiting this branch because I wanted tiles that weren't available in my usually visited Amherst or Niagara Falls. Wow..I was impressed by the friendliness of the employees who came over and offered their help without me even asking. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant in every way even though it was near the end of the day that I'm now willing to drive the extra few miles to Lockport any time I have a substantial purchase to make.

Me and my brother came from out of town to help our mother with her kitchen and any had a limited amount if time to be here. There were issues with items being damaged while being delivered. Vicki was able to get out problems resolve quickly and we were able to finish the work without losing anytime on the project and she made sure we had what we needed without any delays.

The store has good stock on the Ryobi tools. I purchased a battery powered lawnmower and love it! The sales person, Alexis was extremely helpful. She knew everything about the product and answered all of my many questions while being friendly, knowledgeable and polite. She also extended some suggestions with comparisons to other models.

Upon attempting self checkout, I encountered a problem. Store associate, Alice, took the time to help me process my transaction and did so in a professional and courteous way. She made me feel like a very valued customer.
