Every time I go in to get whatever I need whether it be tools or just random items for the house, everything is always stocked and right in the location that it should be. You replace product often and I am super happy with the tools I have purchased.

If you're like me and you don't travel with your wallet, this is a terrible place for a last minute stop. They continue to ignore feedback about enabling mobile wallet payments in their store and it irritates me on a big level

Haven't ordered the cabinets yet, but Rob was very helpful and took times showing us different options, not just expensive ones.

LaNae was extremely helpful and made sure I got what I needed.

Culture of poor customer service, poor management and poor training

I come from California and most stores in California are always packed and the customer service falls short. Since moving to Utah, I have found my store in Logan Utah to be very easy to shop and the employees are very friendly and more than willing to help out.

I shop at Home Depot because they hire staff for their departments that actually know stuff. If you ever need advice on how to fix something, go ask the staff at Home Depot. I've even called just to talk to staff before and was helped TREMENDOUSLY and I was able to fix the problem myself! Whereas the professionals I called (aka plumbers) said they'd have to just come look at it.

It’s one thing to get directed to the right products, but it’s another thing to have an associate care about you as a person.Glenn and I had a good short chat and I left with all the electrical stuff I needed. Home Depot is always my go-to place. I always let my friends know that’s where I’m headed to.

I spend a lot of money there and you will find what you need 99% of the time.

I have purchased many ryobi tools with batteries and have been high quality well working tools

Everyone was very helpful but Simon went above and beyond helping us be ready to start a small renovation project. He provided tips, found all equipment we needed and helped measure and mark holes for drilling on the board

What make the logan store is great people and knowledgeable staff. Great people in plumbing and electrical…willing to help and always point you in the right direction. John B in plumbing is tops, we are lucky to have him.

This is a great place to go and if you run into any issues just ask for Rachel! She has helped me on many occasions helping more than I can say in words!

Great experience with bringing in a return! Pleasant staff, handled quickly, & off to spend spend spend! :) PS: If the lil misses & I don't spend $100.00 per trip, we feel we have missed something = yikes!
