Kip from electrical is the man. Super helpful. The store is mostly clean and has a great layout. The parking lot is huge but shares spaces with a ton of other stores, so sometimes it is a pain to park close enough

Yes very clean

This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped in. Their store is very clean and organize. Their staff is knowledgeable. Rarely do I have to wait for assistance with anything I'm trying to make. When I do have to wait staff is apologetic. They are well worth the wait. I shop at many Home Depot stores, but I go out of my way to come to this one. This Home Depot usually has everything I need. They always have baskets in the front. And if I am looking for something in particular and this Home Depot does not have it they will check at other home depots and call them to make sure that my item is in stock. I couldn't be happier with the Home Depot. That's my two cents.

I'm very upset with this stores delivery an d communication skills. Paid 800$ for Dishwasher and Installation. So far twice promised delivery not made and a third scheduled for almost another week. don't sell something and not deliver promises.

Employees are approachable. Don’t hesitate to ask a dumb question, they will attempt to find the person that may be able to address your needs. Friendly staff.

If you go to this store to buy appliances, you must speak to Tom Separa, Appliance Specialist. It is not easy buying an expensive appliance and Tom will walk you through a no stress experience and make it easy for you!

Great customer service

The store employees Jennifer and Kyra are extremely rude and unhelpful. By far my worst HD experience to date.The store was not busy...vendors and employees everywhere without one acknowledging me or offering assistance. I'm not from here, but this store sure adds to the bad reputation of rude people in the LA area.

Placed an order online and in less than an hour item was ready for pick. When to customer service and picked up my item and less than 5 minute I was out.

There are clearly a bunch of people working here that really care about their store and their customers. The store, even when busy, is well kept and employees are alert. The rental department rocks and their gear is in a high state of readiness. The garden department is VERY well kept and worth a visit in its own right. Long Beach vibe all the way!

There re lot of selections at this particular store. if you want an very friendly and very helpful cashiers/employees, just loook for Rhonda and Maria.

For great customer service in Appliances, ask for Mohammed. Super efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Good staff and enough of them. Generally well stocked. Not perfect, but nothing is! The assistant managers and Store Manager (Jonathan) are all good too.

When I Came in to the store I was greeted by a rep I told herI told her what I wanted and she pointed me in the direction Mr. Zak the manager came to help me Then Mr. Sean and the carpet department came to help me he was excellent when I do his way to help me on another day came in to buy appliances and Mr. Mohammed gave me great service on my appliances he explained his self to where I understood him and I definitely will be coming into Home Depot I love Home Depot

This particular home depot store on Atlantic and Spring will go the extra mile. I own and manage several properties and get frustrated when things are out of stock. The employees take personal interest to ensure they have (or will order) items you need. Exemplary work!

If you are looking for appliances and are not sure where to start or what you need to know - GO HERE! See TOM. He has the answers and he is super friendly. You will get exactly what you need including good tips and insight. I like this store a lot but not all departments are created equal!

i didnt need any help ,from store,people,every thing i needed was right there and easy to find,i was in and out very fast. store was very clean,but it was also very crowded with things so it wood have ben hard to move around with many things, assoclates are very friendly and helpful but at times hard to find, could use more people at times
