I I bought all my DeWalt tools are my saw and I love them and I have no problems with them

First of all the lady that I saw at the self checkout when you first walk in the door was very unpleasant she had no positives that ranked you a five star. I asked her a question she was rude and unfriendly. Moving on down the line I asked another lady who was smiling and she actually told me good morning before I said anything to her her name was Mona. I asked Mona where I could find some thing and she took me back to Garden Center to the fencing I was needing. Mona even went and got A flatbed cart and lifted the two rolls of fencing onto it and then when I realized since there was one 100 foot roll I asked if we could get that one she was happy and took the two rolls off the cart as another sales associate a gentleman and garden center placed the hundred foot roll of fencing on my cart. They were both very pleasant but I’m sorry I did not get the gentleman‘s name. Mona then walked me over to the cash register and garden center and then took the fencing out to my vehicle and placed it inside of it. She was so helpful and kind and friendly she had a smile on her face that could light up around it was wonderful to see that kind of customer service again she was wonderful and so was the gentleman who lifted the roll and put it on my cart he was friendly also. So those two employees are why I gave a five star rating. And I would highly recommend if you ever go to the Los Lunas Home Depot make sure you ask for Mona she’s got a personality that is amazing thank you for a wonderful job.

Even though we live in Albuquerque, the Los Lunas Home Depot is closer to us. We wanted the stock tanks, and two girls at the Home Depot loaded three tanks onto our cart, and offered to load into our trailer, which we declined. Thanks alot!

Recently I had the opportunity to work with Michael Curry to redesign my kitchen. He was very personable and, more importantly, knowledgeable about the cabnets I needed and dealing with the bumps in the road that come with a remodel. Would highly recommend him.

Have never had a better shopping experience. Didn't get lost among the professional contractors that spend big bucks.

Im old !! I shop this store or online at least once a week. Sometimes i need help finding things i need or help loading. I always find someone to help.

Visited the flooring department and a young girl named Olivia was always helpful. She assisted us on both instances we were there. -1 star because they were out of the vinyl t mold & other employees not as friendly or approachable as her.

Shipping is extravagantly expensive.

The store manager lacks the customer service skills for his position. I don’t believe I have ever been treated so poorly as a customer, especially when my store purchase this week alone have totaled well over $8000. When asking for certain item that are kept under lock and key you have to ask repeatedly in order to get someone to help you. Lowe’s is right next door and they will get my money from this point on.

Continue to find that employees are especially helpful with us elderly people! We appreciate their extra sensitivity!

This Home Depot is great on returns. I was directed to the return desk and was taken care of quickly and accurately.

The associate in garden center was very friendly and helpful. She scanned flowers for me to see what the sale prices were. This store has plenty of pretty flowers for sale.

I came by recently for a small purchase and saw that roses had come in. I went over to check if there was a particular variety I was interested in getting but without high hope because roses often are just standard popular brands. I actually discovered that you had the one I was interested in. I was just thrilled. I promised myself I'd come that Thursday if I got an income check I was expecting that day. Sure enough, I came back (earlier). I couldn't wait! I bought 8 roses bushes! They were 1.5 Showtainers Roses at $9.98 (affordable) and the variety was "Pinata". Wonderful. They are gorgeous. They bloom out in yellow buds with a tinge of red and as they die off, turn white with red. I am just delighted. Thank You!!!

Clean aisles friendly staff great location

This home Depot store always has what I need which aids in me finishing my clients job on time so thank you and your employees I love shopping her it like my get away place.

I will be a loyal customer of this store for years to come. When there was a mix up with my charge card that caused me to lose access to my funds and not be able to complete my purchase 4 employees went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. I ended up being able to leave with the tool I needed to start a job because of their awesome customer service.

The store is well stocked, has courteous, helpful, friendly staff. Very impressive to be helped by folks with a good attitude.

I came in frustrated because i couldn't figure out how to complete my project. David in hardware came up with a smile and greeted me asking me if i needed any help. When i explained my problem with my project he quickly walked me atound finding all the parts i needed. He didnt jist tell me an isle number and brush me off he showed me what part i needed and how to use it correctly. I was able to return to the job and complete my priject with ease. I will drive from Albuquerque to los lunas just to get the service and help that David gave. Thank you so much this is why I will only shop at Home Depot.

I love the Home Depot! On this particular visit, I was quite disgusted with th e majority of the customer service representatives! Two customer service people actually walked away when we got in line. We were never acknowledged. I had to ask to be helped. Karen (how appropriate!) at the customer service desk was the rudest person I’ve ever seen at this store. The exact opposite of friendly or helpful! Trent and Anahy were wonderfully helpful and friendly and were happy to pick up the slack of the other employees. Anahy saw that we were being ignored by the other cashier on duty and went out of her way to help us. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we will seek her out on our next visit. Trent was also exceptionally helpful and also went above and beyond to help us and even helped take our $350 worth of items to our car and helped load with a great attitude and a “thank you for your business” mentality. I was very impressed with both of them! However, if I ever have to deal with Karen (she was on duty at the customer service desk on 12/19 @ 11:51 a.m.) I will take my business right next door. It’s very sad that she can treat customers so rudely and extremely unprofessionally during a pandemic when there are plenty of people who would be happy to have that job! Please reconsider your staffing! I really love shopping at this store and am truly disappointed that one nasty employee can ruin the entire experience! I appreciate Anahy and Trent! They were a perfect example of how customer service should be done! Big thanks to them for their help and being a great example! Their help made this experience go from horrible to wonderful! Thanks to them both!! Those two deserve recognition at the least and a raise due to their ability to retain disgruntled customers! Because of them, I will return!
