Did you know?

This store recycles all shrink wrap, contributing to the 780 million pounds that The Home Depot has sold to Trex in the past. This is used to manufacture composite decking, bringing us one step closer to a circular economy.

Terrible customer service.
I have never had any employee actually be helpful or informative at this location. The knowledge base of the employees is very low.

      Amazing experience!
This Home Depot experience was the absolute best experience I’ve had at a home improvement store and Home Depot. We were shopping for some flower pots, which were hard to find but happened to run into Shayla when we stopped just looking over at the patio furniture and she absolutely sold us on a brand new patio set! If you are looking for help, find Shayla! She is super helpful and makes your experience great!

No help at all, just a slick water treatment person trying to sell me something I don't need
Needed help in paint. Instead was approached by a person looking like an employee who told me they wanted to reward me with a chance to win a gift card. Was a scam! They wanted my information to sell me a water treatment machine. Home Depot used to be a place to go for help, now it's just another sales gimmick. Start treating your customers like you used to and leave the slick marketing to the Austo Warranty companies.

            4-Stars PLUS
I've made 2 trips to relatively new Home Depot store in Lower Heights on Katy Fwy. and was an extremely pleasant experience each time. From easy and friendly Return Dept. to help offered in ceiling fan dept. to assistants available in Self-check, it was very positive experience. Store very clean. Only reason for not giving perfect 5 stars is I saw no check-out clerks to assist customers who might not be comfortable with Self-check.

                My experience Store 1326
Went in to purchase 2 umbrellas. Checked the site before going in where it stated there were 48 currently in stock. I then walked to customer service to inquire where I could find them. After speaking to 6 associates who seemed to be unaware that umbrellas were even sold in the store, I approached Richelle who not only checked her device to confirm they were in stock, but found someone to get them so she could bring the unopened box to the floor. I asked for her manager and was introduced to Rosie. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. This is my first time in this particular store and I did not find the experience enjoyable, especially for a store that hasn’t been around that long. There definitely needs to be more training. A simple click on the handheld device or calling someone to assist would have gone a long way. Good thing Richelle and Rosie were there to assist. If

                    HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS
I arrived this evening in the store at exactly 8:40 PM. I had a mapped out list of exactly what I needed. Everyone was so wrapped up and getting out of the door, and the person that was in charge of the intercom named Prince made it his mission to just make it uncomfortable by continuing to announce that it was 8:05 PM that the register shut down. How about instead of making continuous announcements you help your customers get what they need so they can get out. None of us wanna linger in the store much longer than we have to especially myself since I have been working on a project all day. This was my third visit Today and yet another check out of well over $300 at each visit. I do not feel respected as a customer, Teacher employees to actually go out of their way. I’ve only had a handful of instances of real helpful people. How about teaching these kids customer service. The only person that I ran into that had any care whatsoever about helping me beside The most friendly employee you have is BRE…. However, I have found my second most friendly employee would be one of the managers named Nick. Earlier today, I complained to Nick about how a guy in a red shirt in the electrical department did not want to help a girl move a very heavy ladder by herself. Obviously she got it done but that’s not the point. Every question that I pointed at the gentleman in the red shirt, he output onto the girl that was already moving a ladder. Not only was she moving a ladder and handling stock but then when I was asking about a roll of 12/2, wire 250 foot he also wanted to make sure that she had to handle that also and walk it all the way up to the front. I wish I knew her name because she was very polite. Very kind And truly went out of her way to help me get what I needed earlier today. As for this evening. I just needed to find some PEX – a fittings and somebody couldn’t just simply come and read some packaging to help me find what I need so I can get in and get out that way I wouldn’t have to keep listening to the stupid loop of the guy named Prince that has obviously some sort of stick of repeating themselves that it was 8:05 PM that the registers were going to shut down by the way this all started at 8:41 P.m. with the nonstop loop that 8:05 PM the registers lockdown. Again, help your customers so we don’t have to keep you any longer than the time that the store is “open “ Thanks
