I visit this store often, usually a few times a week. The employees are always nice and helpful. The store itself is an obstacle course. Several aisle impassable. Displays that carts can’t get around with moving the displays. Will call and lumber trash blocking aisle. Accordion barricades left closed when nobody is working the aisle. It makes it difficult to shop when you can’t turn a corner with your lumber cart because of the displays down the main aisle. Give us some space so we can shop.

My past several trips have been met with poor customer service or simply employees not knowing where things are or if they're even in stock. A trip to HD for 1 item shouldn't take 30 minuets.

both these two ladies are so helpful and always in a good mood . Really make my multi trips to this home Depot a lot easier. The both of them are always ready to help and have great attitudes about their jobs.

Went to home depot for a product issue, Analise was very helpful in assisting me with my needs. She was patient even though there were a rush of people also needing help. She handled my problem and I was able to get the products I wanted with no issue. I will definitely be making Home Depot my go to location for my project needs!

I bought outdoor furniture. The display was on the top shelf and Drew brought it down for us to inspect and then carried it to the checkout, where Amy our cashier, saved us $25 on the purchase for opening a Home Depot account. The Drew got us out the door and carried the bench to my car and loaded it for us! Thanks, Guys!

Always a shame when it takes longer to check out than it does to shop. Employee People to assist in checking out.

I went to the customer service counter to purchase an item. Analise, the representative that helped me was great! She was so pleasant and patient with me during the process. Home Depot would be well served to give this particular young lady a nice raise.

Had to buy a new dryer for work today. I was in and out in 30 minutes with delivery set in 3 days. Thanks Mike for making my day much easier.

Waited for a while and could not get someone to cut my boards, no one was in that are who worked with the saw I’m guessing. Sergio and Roman came were professional and explained the situation. They got me taken care of and I left in a better mood . Thanks.

I go to the Home Depot whenever I need to install or fix something around our new house. Whether for inside or outside they have a great selection of quality products. Other, so-called home improvement stores are starting up here in Lubbock Texas, but their prices are way too high, and selection isn't nearly as good.

Friendly folks who are helpful

Most associates are willing to help, i come here a lot for business and personal items. The cashier Yeli was great at helping straighten out some issues with another associate and was very friendly (would have been 5 stars if not for the other associate)

Had an issue with a special order. Alex has worked hard to resolve the issue and even found a work around when she couldn't get a response from the vendor.

I will definitely be back to this particular Home Depot! Jacob went above and beyond to help me locate an item I needed and the Store Manager Javier is super helpful and he knows what customer service is all about.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is often cluttered making it hard to push carts down the aisles and sometimes walking down the aisles is a struggle. Corporate is struggling to keep basic items in stock. This time they were out of 1/4”x2 1/2” hex bolts. How is a hardware store out of a basic bolt? Didn’t have the gate handle I needed or spray paint. That’s just this week. Makes it hard to do my job when I can’t get the supplies I need. I only recommend because the employees are so good.

I ordered a washer and dryer at the store. It took forever just to get someone's help in the appliance department. Then you habe to order because they don't keep anything in stock. The first delivery was canceled be a use they sent 2 washers, the second delivery was canceled because they didn't send anything and I just got a call that once again the order is changed till next week. Customer service is automated and gives you the run around. Calling the store does no good because they just tell you they are sorry. I don't want an apology, I want my washer and dryer!

The staff located at this Home Depot was excellent. Cliff, Makaya, Shay, Alex, and the manager, Ty went above and beyond to assist me. When an item I was searching for was not present in the store, the manager offered me a discount on the items in my cart as a resolution. Usually people write reviews to complain, but I wanted to instead give positive feedback and comment the excellent customer service I always receive from Home Depot.

This past week, I've bought 16 gallons of Behr paint, a Milwaukee shop vac, lots of mums for fall planting, and quite a bit of other stuff. The associates at this store are the most helpful and friendly that I've encountered in a long time. Plus, everything that I've needed has been in stock. This may collectively be the best team that this store has ever had!

Excellent Service, Excellent help.

I came in and bought a door. I asked an employee in the fastener aisle where I could find nails and shims to hang the door, and he responded with "they're over where you just came from" in other words, "find them yourself."
